Slow. Once you’ve seen how efficient testing sites can be, it’s clear this is not. There’s lots of tech employed, and capacity for multiple cars but the human side is just slow. And 2-person teams aren’t necessary at other sites. 3pm - waited 2 hours. You probably want to avoid this one if possible.

Very slow as usual for this testing site. very frustrating as they allowed people to cut the line three times for doing the wrong thing I.e driving in the wrong gate etc.

Very confusing. I went there to have blood samples taken yet was informed that they only do Covid tests. I was a fasting patient. The website said they were not busy and it was within my local area. I give them a ZERO star rating! Aabut I have to press one star to post how frustrated I am.

If you don't want people to drive in through the staff gate, put some signs up! If you don't want people to reverse park, put some signs up! Don't bang on people's cars and yell like we're your kids. This place needs signs and manners!

Absolutely, utterly, incompetent, disgraceful , elderly lady was incoherent and mentally unstable. She stuck a child's needle in my arm which was extremly painful, without my permission, she said she was not comfortable placing a normal adult needle in my arm to draw blood, asked me to go elsewhere to get it done. I was also followed by a booking for an urgent ECG I had to leave as she was not capable of doing either procedures even though I was booked in with her, I had to leave and go to Clinical Labs they were professional, competent, and thorough and intelligent. Stay away don't waste your time.

DON'T come here for a Covid test. I came at 7:45am with a line of cars about 200 metres long and still 1.5 hours later we have moved ahead only 100 metres. So slow compared to other sites. Site need overhaul of processes and more staff!

Woeful experience, so slow. Hardly any movement in waiting line. We have been to other covid station and this is by far the worst. Stay away, it doesn't deserve 1 star.

DO NOT come here for a PCR test if you are travelling. Absolutely disorganised testing centre, waited more than 2 hours with only 10 cars ahead - in a non peak period - barely inched ahead and eventually gave up. Incredible this is their only Clinipath centre for travel testing. Don’t waste your money. Go to SA Pathology Travellers Test clinic instead - same price, you can book a scheduled appt online, super efficient in and out and they have the results to you by the end of the same day.

If you're looking to do blood test Sunday morning don't bother, it's only for covid test.

Absolutely terrible, went for covid test, it was raining the lady clearly didn't want to be there, was rude, unfriendly, get another job if you don't want to be there, it was the Christie's beach drive through, go to Flinders so much more professional, will only ever go to Sa pathology now, clinpath shocking experience

I worked in this lab for couple of years. Worst place to be. Internal politics and lots of favouritism. This place has supervisor and team leaders who have zero knowledge. Totally undeserving.
