The first time I photographed a wedding here, I thought “wow, how cool is this joint?!”. As a wedding photographer Solitaire is an awesome venue.

The ceremony location in a grove of peppermint trees is ace, pre-reception drinks on the lawn at The Shed is perfect. The vintage boat full of drinks on the lawn always gets the guests pretty frothed! There’s killer locations for photos, and all sorts of quirky signs and on point styling with a lot of attention to detail.

Weddings at Solitaire run so smoothly with great service and care from all of the staff.

Highly recommended if you’re on the hunt for an awesome wedding venue near Dunsborough and Yallingup.

We were truly blessed to of had our wedding at Solitaire Homestead.
Originally we were meant to get married in 2022 but unfortunately we had to postpone to August this year. They were super accommodating and supportive of this choice, helped us with all the finer details in doing this. They provided recommendations on beautiful vendors for the day and were super knowledgeable on all things wedding.
Leading to the day and on the day the team went above and beyond to make our dreams come true.
The ceremony and reception set up went beyond all our expectations and Jessica’s coordination on the day made it possible for everything to go super smoothly.
The wait and bar staff at the reception were absolutely incredible and I can’t fault them one bit, all our guests said they never experienced such service at a wedding.

If your looking for a wedding venue don’t hesitate to reach out to their team because you won’t be disappointed in the results. The venue is top notch and the experience you’ll get is even better.

I recently hosted my pink themed 50th birthday with the amazing team at Solitaire Homestead.
I had dreams of what I wished for my party, but Jess and the team blew them out of the water.
Jess was incredibly efficient and attentive during the organising stage, offering recommendations and making the experience so easy.
The location and homestead itself is absolutely stunningly beautiful… so relaxed and well maintained. Perfect for any season 🤩
The team on the night were super friendly and kind that even guests commented on them 💕
The party ran effortlessly and all I had to do was to enjoy the night.
I can’t thank the team enough for all the amazing memories made. 🥰

Jake and I married at Solitaire in November and the whole experience; the lead up and the actual day was incredible. Jess was amazing and so supportive, was always prompt to reply and happy to help with absolutely anything. The day ran exactly to plan, but it was also easy and enjoyable, with moments where we could relax, stand back and enjoy. Guests continue to comment on the amazing crew at Solitaire, who were so happy to help, were kind and attentive and that the whole day appeared to run 'so easily'. The venue is beautiful, but also allows you to add your own small elements to suit your vision.

We got Married here in April 2022 and made full use of the beautiful Homestead, Shed, and Ceremony area. It was the BEST day of our lives and just the BEST venue. We would definitely recommend staying at the Homestead if getting married there, it is so well laid out and so convenient. We will definitely be booking in again for our anniversary :) My new husband and I also really appreciated the freedom our VIP (Very Important Puppy) Pippa had around the Homestead and the Shed, which really made our day. Many comments were made by our guests on how beautiful it all was. They especially loved the fire pit! We are so grateful to Jess for organising the event, and to the owners Kelly and Nico for having us, our dog, and our motley crew. Not to mention all of the amazing staff at Solitaire! This all contributed to the happiest day of our lives.

Couldn't have dreamed for a better wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning, the team goes above and beyond to help out and make sure everything is perfect, I couldn't rate it more highly!

Solitaire Homestead was the only wedding venue we looked at, because we knew from the first time seeing it that it was perfect for our wedding. We cannot thank our lovely event coordinators Sylvia & Sammy enough - I gave them an image in my head of what we wanted and somehow they produced exactly what I had imagined, if not better! The bar staff were also fantastic, even down to bringing my husband & I one of our signature cocktails each because they were about to run out, everyone goes above and beyond. We loved that we could have the ceremony & reception at the same venue, yet in two completely different spaces, and the naturally beautiful grounds made for some stunning photos. I couldn't recommend Solitaire highly enough - cant wait to go back for our anniversary stay!

My eldest sons wedding day was perfect. The setting, the staff in fact nothing was wrong. I cant describe how good a place this. We had a very informal wedding which complemented the venue for which its ideal for.

Our dream wedding has come to life we couldn’t of done it without you guys, Stacey went beyond her job on the day of our wedding to making sure the kids, guests, vendors and ourselves were okay it went off like a dream boat! We had our wedding here recently and stayed at the homestead after the celebrations. Kelly, Jess and the whole crew are awesome. They were great to deal with leading up to the event. The ceremony and reception were awesome.

We were lucky enough to have had our Wedding here in April 2022. It was absolutely amazing! Jess and the staff at Solitaire went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we asked for and dreamed of. I can't thank Jess enough for all of her support and help in making sure everything was just perfect. All of our guests had a great time and everyone has continued to tell us how amazing everything was at Solitaire and how lovely all of the staff were. It really was amazing and was the most perfect venue for our intimate family wedding.

3 COVID postponements led us to Solitaire, and we are SO glad that Solitaire was where we finally got to say I do in front of our loved ones. The whole property is so beautiful, peaceful and natural... from the ceremony locations, to the beautiful lawn and to the wedding (reception) shed itself. The lead up was so easy as we were taken care of by an experienced Wedding Manager who provided us with so much help and advice, and even put our run sheet together for us. The staff on the day were incredible and you have an Event Coordinator there all day ensuring things run smoothly and liaising with your vendors and MCs. As the bride, I didn't have to organise or worry about a thing on the day and everything was setup for us the day before and day of. The staff on the day were so helpful and friendly and working away so efficiently to allow our day to run so smoothly and beautifully. Everyone commented on how excellent the Bar Manager, Tracy, was. We also loved that we could choose our own food and drink vendors. Our day was everything we could have dreamed of and more, and Solitaire played a massive role in creating the day of our dreams.

My wife and I got married at Solitaire Homestead a week ago and it was the most magical day we could have asked for! We looked at so many venues in the South West and we instantly fell in love with Solitaire. From the beautiful ceremony locations to the gorgeous shed and outdoor space for the reception, to having every little thing considered and organised on the day by the wedding coordinator at Solitaire just made our day perfect! We loved the fact that it’s a BYO venue so you can choose your own catering and drinks options. Solitaire was the most beautiful rustic backdrop for our wedding and all the furniture/ decoration was included meaning we didn’t have to organise extra other than flowers. The grounds are so well looked after and the Homestead was a beautiful accomodation to stay in the night before and of the wedding, especially for getting ready. All the staff were incredible and we were well looked after the entire lead up and on the day. My only suggestion would be that they need to change the itinerary forms to be more LGBTQI friendly as they all say “Bride/ Groom” which I know is standard, but we ended up changing it ourselves to bride and bride just to be more comfortable with it. We loved Solitaire as our wedding venue and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue!

Two weeks ago we celebrated my nephew's wedding at Solitaire. It was amazing. What a fantastic setting. Excellent Staff, delicious food, outstanding venue. We felt blessed to be there.

If you are looking for your wedding venue, look no further! Solitaire Homestead is incredible. My partner (now wife) and I could not have been happier with our choice. The team at Solitaire are first class and help take the stress out of the wedding day, they are so organised, arranging regular check ins in the build up to the wedding, to helping organise the order of events and the overall design of the ceremony/reception. Sylvia and the team certainly helped make our day one we will never forget!

A truly incredible place to celebrate your wedding day! Ours was stress free and everything we could have hoped for (and more!). Such a bonus having our dog there too :) The homestead is stunning. Super clean and comfortable with all the essentials. Can’t thank Solitaire enough!

My husband and I had our recent wedding at Solitaire Homestead in Naturaliste, WA. The venue and the Solitaire staff were nothing short of exceptional. Every one of our guests was blown away by the venue and how incredible the service was. Kelly, Sylvia and the team paid attention to all of the small details of our day and night - and all of this was noticed by us! In the lead up to the big day, Sylvia was responsive, helpful and offered a ton of useful suggestions - all of which worked out perfectly on the day. We would not hesitate in recommending this venue for a wedding in the South West. We want to do it all over again! Thank you Kelly, Sylvia and everyone at Solitaire for everything - we can't wait to see more of the photos from our special day on your special property.

My wedding is now done & dusted and I could not recommend Solitaire Homestead enough if you are looking to get married in the South West. The ceremony location by the door is just stunning, we got married in the Spring when all the lilies were out and it looked absolutely gorgeous. We then had our reception at The Shed which was fantastic. We had the flexibility to hire a food truck & bar service. Kelly ensured the day/night ran smoothly and was extremely helpful. It was the best day of our lives and I would highly recommend this venue if you are after a naturally beautiful, rustic venue with flexibility!

Was here a few days ago for a wedding. Words can’t express how beautiful the homestead is. Lovely open bush land, lush green lawns for the reception. Truly can’t exaggerate when describing this place.

Staff were practiced Covid safe, were very friendly and helpful, and served canapés regularly.
