Paul installed our floating floor and it turned out amazing, a very professional instal, he did not stop until a perfect result was achieved, came back the next day to install all the trims and the floor is looking great! Affordable prices, we opted for an entry level flooring but it was the installation that took it to the next level! Friendly and helpful service and working around our hectic schedule was never an issue, very happy with the overall result and I would highly recommend!

I came into store on Wednesday to look for hybrid floor, approach by Russell the owner, he is very friendly and informative, he explains everything, next day I came back, placed an order and have 2 bedrooms done with Hybrid Shield as recommended , quite happy with Irwin installation. Highly recommend this business to friends and family. I am thinking of having another room done.

I recently had Hybrid floating floors and carpet installed and couldn't be any happier with the result. Russell was very very patient with my many changes of mind. Russell the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. Our experience with Western Suburbs Flooring Xtra was exceptional. We selected and installed a premium product for the house renovation and extension at a very competitive price. At one stage we were in a pickle as some edges of the flooring needed to be sealed. Our building designer was hopeless; all talk - no action. But Russell saved the day; he came to our house himself on a Sunday afternoon and knew exactly what to do to ensure that the edges were adequately sealed in time for the installers the next day. He is a genuinely nice guy and his customer service cannot be faulted.

Russell was always available when we needed advice and even sourced a step casing to match the flooring. His installers were the best bunch of guys; they paid attention to detail and were very courteous.

We have since referred our friends to Russell who have reported the same top-notch assistance. I would not go anywhere else now for our flooring and we would highly recommend this business.

Excellent service, great price, installed carpet in under 4 business days. The colour and quality was just what was required for a house renovation at Lockleys. The office sales lady and Russell where a great help. They provided what we needed for our budget. 10 out of 10. Will come back again.

Can’t thank Russell and his team enough for the service! We had block out blinds installed throughout the whole house and they are perfect. The installation crew were awesome and efficient especially having little kids around. Will be back :)

Today I had a laminated floating floor installed and am very happy with the result and the efficiency of the installers. The Albert Park store were very helpful and the manager followed up on all my enquiries and provided excellent information compared to other quotes which were very pushy and did not follow up with me. We walked in to “look” at carpet! Not only did we receive top notch service and consultation from Susan but we purchased our invisioned carpet for a great price!! Susan even went out of her way to come down to Aldinga Beach and measure our house up for fitting and did not miss a beat!! It was a big decision to have new carpet installed but we are absolutely thrilled with out new carpet. We had a lounge, 4 bedrooms, walk in wardrobe and office that needed new carpet. The service we received and help from both the sales and installer was fantastic. I would highly recommend if you are looking to have carpets installed.
