Enjoyed a great lunch and coffee at this little cafe in Merredin. Good selection of fresh food and great coffee.
Plenty of parking outside, and across the street plenty of room for cars and vans.

We dropped in here for a late lunch at about 2:10pm without realising that it was just after closing time. The staff were extremely helpful and they prepared us a fabulous burger and pumkin soup. The coffee was also wonderful.
Great food staff and service in nice surroundings right in the middle of Merredin.

Visited on two occasions, dinner and breakfast. Salt and pepper squid for dinner (great but lacking a decent dressing), and poached eggs on smashed avo with Turkish bread (bloody good and a great start to the day. Dishes are reasonably priced, 15-20 per dish and staff are very friendly.

Good smoothie latte, smart and cute way to have milkshake. So lovely and friendly staffs. The Turkish bread was so great, crunchy and fragrance.

A perfect stop for breakfast or lunch they got good food.

Great little Cafe located on the main street in Merredin. The service and Coffee was amazing.

Really nice food, extra friendly staff, kid friendly, great place for a stopover! All day breakfast or good lunch choices. Kids meals come with couple veges, much appreciated way to get something healthy in on the road.

Stopped by on a road trip, we arrived as they opened. The staff were very friendly, they made me a veggie sandwich to order which was great. Good coffee and we felt very welcome.

Nice halfway stop from Kalgoorlie to Perth in the garden out the back. Cajun chicken salad was great and good coffee

Delicious food, very friendly staff, quick service, nice and warm on a cold day, large spacious seating area. Highly recommend! All day breakfast and vegetarian friendly.

Hangover breakfast is my go to and has in-house gluten free pastries! Tasty coffee too. Coffee profile more on the chocolatey, velvety side.

Came to Merriden overnight and stopped at Cafe 56 for a late lunch. Immediately impressed with the service!! They are very friendly and ready to serve. Food was delicious 😋 I had the chicken and halomuni salad, hubby had fish and chips and kids had salt and pepper squid and milkshakes. Decor is lovely and there’s a rear seating area that allows dogs. Staff continued to check to see if the dog required more water as it was a 40 degree day. Look forward to stopping back in when we are out that way again ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The man who served us this morning had the best personality - and gave us the best service we've encountered as we drove from Victoria to WA.
Very impressed with both his friendly and attentive service and the quality of our breakfast.
Definitely stop here if you are passing through!

Beautifully fresh food, amazing, friendly staff. I especially love the gift shop, I could spend hours looking at the gorgeous pieces. Great atmosphere. You can tell Tracey takes great pride in what she does.
