Karis Medical Group is led by a group of dedicated health professionals and staff who are passionate about the health of their local Merredin community and surrounds. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here as a student doctor, particularly working alongside their newest staff member, the practice nurse. The receptionist is lovely and alongside the friendly practice manager and doctors, helps keep everything running smoothly. All the best Karis Medical!

Karis Medical Group is a wonderful medical centre that treats its patients with kindness and compassion. Due to its popularity it's always packed with patients but they somehow find ways to slot patients in so nobody gets left out. They treat their trainee doctors very well too, allowing them to gain hands on experience under direct supervision. Overall a wonderful clinic that I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of seeing a doctor in the area.

I have been seeing Karis for a number of years now. I find the practice to be relaxing and speak to you in a caring manner. I feel confident and relaxed as they speak more on a personal level than a clinical one. I understand everything they explain to me and think this is very important when worrying about an opperation or medications.

I have a wonderful experience with Karis Medical Group. Dr Modupe Olanrewaju and Dr Paul Gbadamosi are not only professional but also a very wonderful person. Staff members are kind and helpful. I strongly recommend to avail of medical services from Karis Medical Group.

Fantastic service

Staff training is seriously lacking... messages are NOT relayed to the Doctors, staff do NOT get back to you when they say they will... so far I've called them 3 times to find out test results and STILL no details had been given.
Eventually a staff member called me to find out more about my complaint.
I explained the details and how the matter - for all I knew - could be life-threatening due to the fact test results were to show up heart conditions.
Guess what his response was...
He told me the service at the surgery was all about the doctors, not the staff, and that's what I need to consider and be aware of.
It was very hard to believe he could ever have missed the point, completely, that staff MUST be trained to ensure --- at the very start --- that if staff weren't fully across ensuring doctors received test results immediately... results the STAFF read before they relayed it to the specific DOCTOR.... then the Doctors had no chance of acting effectively.
Give this place a WIDE berth.

I have been to this practice several times now and each experience has not been that great. But today has been the worst. There is no bedside manner or care towards patients especially when it comes to quite personal appointments. I am not one to usually post a negative review but this lack of patient care issue needs to improve!

I spoke with your reception this afternoon, and when I advised that I did not wish to come back to the practice to receive results from my appointment 2 weeks ago - they did not ask me why, just for new GP details to send my report to!! If I could choose 0 stars for this review - I most definitely would
