Took my Landcruiser 200 series here to Teddy today for an interim service. He came highly recommended from a friend who has been taking his cars here for years. Teddy is honest, trustworthy and a great mechanic. A rare find and I’ll be sending the cruiser here from now on, also fair pricing.

Had a great experience with Paks. As a young female it is easy to feel intimidated when taking your car to the mechanic, but every interaction was perfect. Prices were cheap and the work completed was thorough and exactly what I wanted. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Honesty is so important and rare in mechanics, you find that at Pak’s.
I once went to Kmart tyre and auto, they charged me about a grand for some work, luckily I said no, went to Paks, and they did the same thing, same parts for 1/3 the price.

In the years I’ve gone here, I’ve never been charged for random stuff, never got an endless laundry list of “problems” with the car (like the Honda repair center gave me). The few times they did tell me that I should get some extra stuff done, it made sense, and saved me cost in the future.

I happened upon Paks as it's close to where I live and reasonably priced. Very pleasantly surprised by the down to earth service. They even ended up charging me less than what they quoted as it took less time than they expected! Unlike dealerships, they're clearly interested in winning customer loyalty.

Always super friendly, keeps customers informed of issues. Honest and reasonably priced work. Have been a happy customer for many years!

This is where I will normally go in order to get my car serviced or repaired. Originally owned by a man I referred to as Pak, the business has since been sold to one of the people who used to work for him. That said, the service is still good and the price I pay for it is reasonable as well.
