Edithburgh Museum

Just finished our tour on a school camp and I’m blown away. The Museum is fascinating and has lovely staff and is rich is historic items. I learnt so much about Edithburgh. The staff are very very knowledged. There’s not tonnes of reading you have to do and anyway a staff member could tell you twice as much about something as to what’s written down. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. Thank you to all the staff members there. Lots of love.

Our family had the absolute best time here today after passing by chance. There were so many interesting things to look at and our tour guide Andrew was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient with the kids. Definitely worth a visit!

Great experience and very nice staff I learned a lot from this place and multiple cars model ships a old fire truck which are very cool and you can see for yourself how good this museum is

Absolutely fantastic, long time district family members on a volunteer basis sharing the history of the area. We were guided round by a lady who's family dated back generations ( the Bramley's). Displays are first class and probably the best $6 per head we have spent on our month long journey round the YP.

Excellent tour guide , heaps to see . Worth stopping and spending time there

Fantastic effort by volunteers to display the history of the Yorke Peninsula. Never replace the handwritten history with digital because then it won't be historical. Great displays xx
