Ming’s Steamboat

Only place to go after work for a nice warm supper.
Great food everything is almost perfectly cooked.
Missus love the Deep Fried Salt & Pepper Trotter so much which we will have takeaway when we worked late on weekends.
Had also dine in for few times with friends and it’s really a good place for gathering too.
The only thing is they really need to get new menus. Current menus are really in terrible shape and stains everywhere… too unhygienic to be frank.

Extremely good customer service. Foods are good too not the best but we were very satisfied. 9/10 would come back again.

Steamed free range chicken: a must have for lunar new year. This was really nicely done. Super tender and savoury 🤤🤤.

Kung po prawns: pretty spicy and delicious! The prawns were soooo tender 😍😍.

Egg whites with seafood: their version of this dish! Unfortunately the egg yolk was solidified by the time the food got to our home, but it still tasted great! Nice flavours 🤤🤤.

Fried rice with seafood and egg white: another typical fried rice dish. A little bit on the bland side but still good.

Been here a lot time. The food is always great. I always deep fried salt and pepper pork trotter. Taste like heaven though I don't know what heaven taste like. Well it taste damn good.

The Best Hot Pot i had in Adelaide!! Also provides variety dishes that are very similar to the taste from Asian hometown , it’s really a great restaurant for People who comes abroad for staying long time. The best choice of winter too!

Great experience to do a hot pot. Good with two people, even better with a group. The meat, seafood, veg dishes etc you add on are are reasonable sizes and well priced so you can get a good variety without having to over order. Heaps of options, service is fine and overall great experience.

Awesome food with friendly staffs. If you have late dinner habit, this is a must-go place for late dinner or supper. They serve hot pot till late. It’s one of our favourite places to go during winter!!! To fix our hot pot cravings. We will go there regularly. We usually have hot pot and the pork knuckles. Yummy!!!!

Great food. Fresh, plentiful and tastily prepared. Traditional Cantonese style cooking with popular dishes from other provinces. Not greasy or drown in oil. An out of the way place which is well worth the hassle of looking for a street park and the walk. Plain exterior and basic decor. Clean. Some chairs have seen better days. You go there for the food. Soup base for hotpots include the classic non spicy range. The restaurant name can be misleading because the a la carte menu is a standout. The menu has a large inclusive range, skilfully prepared by the Hong Kong chef who takes pride in his work. He can vary the cooking according to request. The kitchen accommodates BYO fresh live seafood. A place where you will find other cooks and chefs coming for a meal after work, customers with jaded palate and the student who just wants a big bowl of tasty soupy noodle for lunch.

May I say the best I love is their picked vegetables from the hotpot section. Try them and you will like. Always wanted to make thme at home.

I always go to this restaurant with my friends. Both the food and the steam boat are delicious, and the waiters is very good. Strongly recommend you holding a party here. Lol.

Wow..went to Ming's with a group of friends. The crispy pork knuckle was to die for. We had two! Great staff ans srrvice. No wonder why people want to keep it a secret.
