Can’t compare these AC/DC TIG units to the likes of a Miller, etc but they are great value.
Where this company excels is in customer service - Graeme has personally helped with issues years after the initial purchase.
After sales support so rare these days and they do it very well.

Hi, We have purchased 2 machines from Magnum, 1*plasma cutter ( a couple of years ago) and just recently a 250amp mig inverter. Both machines were chosen on there duty cycle. They have the highest duty cycle that I could find on the market. The mig welder has just replaced a transmig 250I , In my opinion it is a better machine than the transmig. The purchase was easy and delivery was a couple of days ***** stars

Good reliable machine for a good price, does everything I need it to do. I’ll be back for a Plasma Cutter next. Thanks again.

I have a magnum AC/DC 200 amp tig 6 years now no issues , I upgraded the torch found it too bulky and changed the foot pedal , besides that it's a great machine. I was skeptical on being a Chinese product and how cheap the unit was for what you get . Great machine can't fault it.

Bought a welder from here about 8 months ago, never failed me. And just today I rang to ask a question and was giving an answer promptly. Great customer service and strong and reliable equipment. Very much reccomend

I Have not personally dealt with Magnum Welders..but have used their products in straight mig and also more recently in 200A A/C D/C pulse machine for alloy and stainless tig fabrication.. and while I will highly regard every and any Australian buisuiness that builds and sells quality products...I personally have had issue after issue with the intetnal components of the at least two of these welders to date...whilst waiting more than two weeks for replacement internal boards..to be replaced by customer? With little to zero comunication on how to fit..on high amperage PROFESIONAL equipment.

Bought a 200A inverter 3 in 1 machine here a few years back. Dramas from the start with wrong size gas fittings, was told to wrap tape around the fitting until the hose was tight which would have taken a couple of rolls of tape ! Never got a descent weld out the machine. Loose terminals inside. After only a few hours use over a couple of years it died. Outside of warranty I was offered no solution from a carefree employee on the phone.

Replaced it with a generic welder at a third of the cost which made the Magnum look like the piece of rubbish it is. These welders are 100% Chinese and perform poorly. I would not recommend Magnum Welders.
