But the surprises didn't end there. I nearly did a happy dance when, instead of draining my wallet, I was clued into the magic of the rewards card – turning a potentially hefty purchase into a mere $9.00 extravaganza! I've never felt so financially savvy.

Then there's the heartwarming tale of my little feathered friends. Facing a chick crisis, I spilled my poultry problems to Chrissy at the front desk. Like a farm life godmother, she suggested a special light that turned the tide for my chirpy companions. Chrissy, you're a lifesaver!

In a world where good service can be as elusive as a needle in a haystack, Crameri Mitre 10 and CRT Maryborough, Victoria have not only found that needle but built a barn around it. 5 stars for the fellas in the Timber Yard today who were able to quickly sort out a custom size piece of board to fix our babies cot in a hurry! Now we have a quiet night ahead of us with the young fella safe in his cot again!

I love the spaciousness of Marlborough's Mitre 10. It was literally like a breath of fresh air to stroll the isles and it was much easier to see and find what we needed than recent visits to similar sized hardware stores.
We picked up the many things we were after in record time without feeling we were caught in a maze.

Great service and a friendly team! Everything from hardware and building supplies to garden and agriculture products. You might even find yourself a slab of beer if you want 😜

Have just visited while passing through Maryborough and must commend you all on the appearance and variety in store.
The highlight was the very efficient young lady greeting us as we came in and walking us to the correct aisle twice when we asked about products. She was very knowledgeable and a credit to your business 😊

Only bought a few Ag pipe fittings. Price was OK. The new check out person was fantastic. Best customer service I've experienced this year! Worth the trip just to be treated like a human instead of a number.

Excellent customer service, even raced out to a customer in the car park who had left their Mighty Rewards Card on the counter, you won't see that up the road where they sell snags.

I’ve been going to Crameris Mitre 10 for some years now as well as during the building of our home. The place is great considering being in a relatively small town.
Recently there was an incident between a staff managed shopping trolley on the loose and denting our car.
They couldn’t have been nicer. Photos taken, details exchanged and our car fixed at our convenience. Great job Mitre 10 and Bob the mgr was fantastic.

Crameri’s is the best hardware and produce store in town. Always helpful and have a large range. The drive through service makes things so easy.

Wonderful helpful service. A place you can still get clinical P3 masks and they will order them in for you. Also a great place to get Dahlia Tubers and Bare root Roses in season when sought after varieties are sold out. A complete one stop shop!

Always friendly helpful beyond the call of duty any question or need is not too much trouble for this staff. Everything you need from renovating paint tools farm equipment and needs . And reasons priced and there is delivery. Example of their professional. I am on my own I had no heating I bought an oil heater and my renovating materials they delivered it all and then put together my oil heater so I could use it straight away. All done with a ☺

Been in the garden section. Always like to see what's flowering. People are always helpful and friendly.
