I only met one of the staff that was working there and she was really nice. We talked about the pool and the best times to go for a swim and that it's really warm water. It's use for therapy so make sure you know the times that you can go when it's not being used for this purpose. It's no deeper than 160cm at the deep end so that's a good thing to know. Out the from they have a wheelchair accessible ramp. There is seating inside and change rooms and I noticed a fridge with some drinks for purchase. The is also an awesome spa there.
