The Shed at Terindah

The Shed @ Terindah Estate is magnificent and highly recommended. The food exceptional, the wine perfectly matched and the view is off the scale. Service is polite and efficient with pleasant people and a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend The Shed to anyone interested in a relaxed, pleasant meal in a gorgeous setting.

Such a beautiful place and to be honest one of the best oysters I have ever had, plus the cauliflower on the entrees section was so so good!!

Went for wine tasting. Loved the friendly service. Had a great chat about wine and region. Beautiful out on the deck overlooking the peninsula. Highly recommend the Rose on a summers day.

This is the quintessential venue for any occasion but for us specifically, we celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary (with a 3 month old in tow). Highly recommend booking a lunch midweek; the venue is calm and quiet, the staff looked after us with a corner table (room for the pram), overlooking the vineyard and the bay. Laura especially made our lunch fun, sympathetically interrupting our selfies to take a few family photos and then telling us all the fun facts about Terindah.. and her boyfriend, and other topics.
All round it was a faultless day and we’re super grateful to have spent our anniversary here. Food was next level, blanc de blanc was on point too! 🥂 ty!

Terindah.....Indonesian for " most beautiful", and this is certainly the most beautiful "shed" I've ever eaten at. Beautiful surroundings with glorious glimpses of the sea through the woodlands. Came for Sunday lunch and certainly wasn't disappointed; varied and interesting menu, nice wines and staff that interact with you all enhance the experience. They have set dining times so check their web site and, as always, best to book ahead. Some might suggest that it is a little "pricey" so ,again, check their web page.... ENJOY !!

Had late lunch here on Saturday. The waitress was very helpful getting us a table. Waited a while for food but we just got on the end of a fairly large lunch service. Food was good and wine was nice also. Great views of the bay. Chef even showed us his 40C eggs which was great. All in all a fairly pleasant dining experience.

Dinner here. Lovely ambiance and friendly staff. Wine was delicious. Have been wanting to try out here for a little while now. Very disappointed that the oysters were not fresh given it can be sourced locally, and the cream spinach was more like watery spinach... The chef did cook the venison and beef spot on, very delicious.

What: A reasonably upmarket restaurant on a wine estate with great views.

Why: Those views are the biggest reason, friendly wait staff (our waitress anyway), some decent dishes.

Why not: We each had a glass of pinot noir with our lunch and this was a huge mistake - stuff was served to us at around 25 degrees and I can honestly say I've never been to a wine estate that had made that mistake - this is more the province of the low end franchised type joint. It pretty much made me feel sick for the rest of the day. The seafood pasta was also very heavy on fish and very light on prawns (one fewer and it would have been prawn).
