Dr Le is a fantastic doctor. Despite how busy the surgery gets, he doesn't make me feel rushed and yet manages the consult in record time. He's thorough, thoughtful and professional. The receptionists are also incredibly professional, helpful and nice, even when things are really hectic.

As always fantastic services .
It is a very busy medical center and you will always have lines still front staff is very knowledgable and competent to move forward requests .
GPs try to provide as much as possible resources on your visit to minimise non essential visits .
Very clean and organised . Kudos to all staff and Team.

Dr. Baume is a highly skilled doctor, characterized by her patience, gentleness, extensive knowledge, and professional demeanor. She devotes ample time to attentive listening and efficiently arranges any necessary tests. My elderly mother felt exceptionally well cared for and expressed deep gratitude for the level of care provided. Moreover, the clinic's receptionists and nurses were both amicable and supportive. I enthusiastically recommend this clinic.

This is one of the best and professional and friendly helpful staff I have been to and continue to come back too. Sometime people are busy and may be human so always smile and be polite to the staff it is a very busy practice they do a wonderful job.

Great doctors and treatment room and I was bulk billed.I just had some dressings done in the treatment room and was looked after fantastically well by the very friendly and extremely competent Nurse Hannah

I have visited this medical practice over the last few years for skin cancer checks. All of the skin cancer specialists I have seen have been thorough and skilled in their practice. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mr Dr is the best, really cares and is kind and helpful. Sometimes I wait a bit but I don't mind he always has a big smile for me and makes me laugh.

The medical centre has an excellent facility. As I was a new patient, the receptionist explained everything to me clearly in detail and kindly spoken. The Dr I saw was very helpful in explaining my symptoms with me and giving me a good check up. I cannot fault this practice and would recommend anyone to visit.

Old Port Road is the best medical practice with really great Drs especially Dr LIKOS.. I definately recommend anyone wanting to change to great Drs i think Its worth checking out.. definately ***** stars for myself.. So I was working at home, and sliced my finger open with a grinder, but didn't want to travel to hospital. So I called into here, as a new client. The team had me signed up, treated and home within the hour. Great service, super friendly staff, and I will be using these guys as my regular clinic!

I needed to get in to a Dr asap in case I needed antibiotics prior to an up and coming holiday. Old Port Road Medical Centre came to the fore on a Sunday ! Made the booking via HotDoc. Dr was thorough and it was a very smooth process. Would very much recommend. Be aware that a possible $40+ gap may need to be paid.

First time at Medical Centre. Excellent staff at Reception and Dr John Campbell great Doctor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency & friendliness of this medical centre. Not my usual doctor but I needed a fairly urgent consultation. I'm not used to paying a fee-for-service but I understand that if I'd had a Pensioner Concession card my visit would have been bulk billed. Dr Veerasingham was attentive, thorough & came up with a set of appropriate recommendations. The service is obviously geared - to some extent - to short-term contact, but I did notice quite a few elderly (& I presume local & frequent) patients so the doctors would seem to provide care for long-term & chronic conditions as well. I couldn't fault the centre & was glad it was available as an alternative to my usual doctor!

Saw a new doctor today instead of my regular doctor in Diane Templeman and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was friendly as well

Followed my GP across from Western GP Clinic. Very happy with the transition.

Not busy place. When I visit there with my client at 3pm it's quiet and we got the appointment on time finish on time. Receptionist are very helpful.

Friendly receptionist, I didn't have to wait,doctor saw me at the designated appointment time. They didn't rush the visit.

Dr Nakone is always willing to help as much if not more than he has to. Id recommend Dr Nakone to anyone.
