Ballan Lifeline Medical Centre

The Ballan Lifeline Medical Centre provided excellent service for me after I cut my hand.
I was seen very quickly, the receptionstaff were very friendly .
Dr Abeer provided excellent and friendly care. She was very competent and thorough in her treatment.

Very friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help clients. Doctor is friendly, clinically thorough and very helpful. Totally unlike other bill billing medical centres. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough.

I have only ever had good experiences with staff and doctors. Dr Seema is the only doctor in the past 10yrs that has actually listened to and helped me achieve results with my chronic issues.

This place used to be terrible but it has improved dramatically. Dr Seema and dr Khoo are fantastic and the reception staff are absolutely lovely.

Lovely staff very helpful, Dr may seem a little abrupt at first but once you get to know her she is ok...she is a good Doctor and will investigate things if there is a concern

The best place to go in Ballan if you don't want to be ripped off at the other medical clinic. I simply cannot afford to pay $60.00 out of pocket, after Medicare every time I get sick. It's Lifeline Medical for me!

Local and handy to have when needed,fitted us in when my daughter broke her arm at school,covid was a bit tricky to get medical anywhere,but did tele health and saw us in the car even like drive thru 👍

One star doesn'tdo this review justice. The week day doctor is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.
She doesn't listen to a word you say and gets angry at you for asking her to explain herself as she mumbles when she speaks. The practice manger is extremely rude and needs to learn how to interact with people. I live with waking distance to the clinic and now travel to Ballarat or Melton to see a doctor. I will never go back to this clinic unless there is a change in management and they get a new doctor.

Very Nice lady at reception but the lady Dr is so rude and always seems angry. She is never happy and has no people skills at all. I only use this dr now if i can't get in anywhere else and need a certificate.

No point going to a doctor if you're unable to understand anything they say! I would have thought that communication between doctor and patient would be vital. An Australian doctor would be good for a change!

Absolutely useless. Because I have not been here in over a year. These idiots can’t help me. I have Covid the doctor can’t help me. What a joke.

I was refused to be seen as I didn’t have an appointment, even know there was know one in the clinic, or waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous

Only good for doctors certificates there language skills are very poor and there service is terrible
