A hidden gem, lovely atmosphere made up of a high quality renovation including nice warm lighting, interesting art, well chosen music at the right volume and great selection of drinks, the highlight of course is the food, it was so good I felt like I was at a MasterChef episode 😋😋. Perfect for a couple/date.

Great little tucked away restaurant. Staff are friendly and food is high quality. Meals were presented with care and not just slapped on a plate. I think it's just become my favourite restaurant in town! Booking is a must as it's a popular little place and for good reason.

What a fantastic experience this is. A new look restaurant, small and cozy. Very friendly staff and a wonderful menu. There’s a good selection of wines available. All in all, Wilfred is a wonderful addition to the Hamilton dining scene.

Yum! I thoroughly enjoyed both dishes, service was friendly and excellent.

This is the third time we've been here. Ran into it almost by accident on our regular Adelaide-Melbourne trip and WOW we are impressed. Now we book so we can be sure we've got a table mid-journey. First, the food.... omg.... the scallops, the beurre blanc fish. Oysters, perfect. I had the Bouillabaisse last time, amazing. Jo, our hostess has been so good, always concerned about our meals and experience. And the history of the venue just adds that extra touch of authenticity in a world of ho-hum country venues. Great wine list. We're not meat eaters, but the selection of steaks looks pretty amazing. Tempted sometimes!

Just love this beautiful restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and very attentive. My lamb rack was lovely.

Really good food and great service. I arrived quite late for lunch after they had already started cleaning but they still managed to accommodate me. Will definitely go back.

Great food an good feeling atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Only little problem was my husband ordered steak asked for medium rare but the steak came out well done. Other then that everything was amazing 🤩 from the entrée too dessert

I am coeliac and Jo made Absolutely sure my dietary needs were catered for. Cannot recommend highly enough. You would be mad not to go there. The food is amazing. Presentation is truly artwork. Thanks so much to you all for a super dinner and experience.

High quality menu, service and ambience. Lucky us to have stumbled across this gem while wandering through the Hamilton region. You'd be mad not to book dinner here if they are open when you are around, and we would go out of our way to return. Thanks Jo and crew.

Amazing food and fantastic experience. Only downside with it is it can get a bit noisy. Good quality and the food is 100 percent 5 Star.

It's one of Hamilton's great joys. About to be refurbished, so am looking forward to that. This is a family owned business. I do hope they put more Greek food back on the menu. Trevor is the man! Great team! Went last night ,& if anything it's better!
