Excellent salad rolls! Good service and prices. Nice breads, cakes and pies, etc.

Lots of great vegan options here, both sweet and savoury. They have all the vegan options on a sign so you don't have to ask which is very helpful. I recommend all the savoury options and the jam donuts 🌞👌They even did a large donut order for me for a party 🍩

The lady that's runs this place is an asset to her business. She was friendly and welcoming and happy to have a chat about the local area. There wasn't much variety left as we visited very close to closing, but what was left was very good. Highly recommended the apricot pie, the Cherry ripe 6 the caramel slice. We will need to visit again earlier to try more delicious treats.

The ladies are super friendly and will happily whip you up a fresh egg and bacon roll while you're having your coffee. Thanks team.

Worth a detour off the Western Highway and a much better option than McDonald's or Roadhouse food. The friendly ladies who operate the business with a smile always offer freshly baked pies ( and more but I like the pies ) quick service, good coffee and both indoor and outdoor dining. I thoroughly recommend Ballan Bakery.

Quite impressed with the pies here. I've tried the Thai chicken and vegan bolognese. Both had really tasty fillings and the pastry was light and flakey. Also ordered a salad roll which was very generously filled.

Just called in there for a yummy cream doughnut... Beautifully presented food from pies to the most decadent delights... Really lovely ladies behind the counter... when passing again will definitely call in!!!

Wow and yum. This morning I had an egg & bacon pie, it was the best one I’ve had in years. I’ll be double parking the truck again for a pie. Highly recommend this bakery A++

Called from Sydney. My Parents are in Lockdown in Ballan. For my Dads birthday they delivered him some goodies. They dont normally deliver. They even went out of their way to add the birthday card. Country hospitality ! Above and beyond and exceed expectations with beautiful selection of traditionals cakes, pies and pasties.
