Caledonian Park

Great area for family get-together. BBQ, shelter, playground, good area to play ball games

It's rolling green grassed areas with stands of trees breaking up different areas, no public toilets so you have to go into town if you need to go but that's only a 10 min walk. Would be excellent if the council could extend the path further along the creek.

A visit to Ballan wouldn't be complete without a relaxing stroll through Caledonian Park. The well kept paths lead to a small footbridge over the Werribee River. Public toilets are available in the adjoining Mill Park next to the Ballan Swimming Pool.

Lovely walks along the Werribee River and in close proximity of unheated swimming pool / sheltered BBQ / kids playground area.

A beautiful place to walk, the golf course is very well maintained and always extremely well mowed.

Great little spot to let your dogs cool off in the river whilst enjoying a break under shaded trees

What a lovely peaceful pkace for native bird watching, playful currajongs, cockatoos, mountain lowreys, beautiful, and a nice outlook for a local pie eating experience
