I wanted to highlight a recent encounter with a real estate agent- HUNTER in relation to a 5-acre land purchase, and unfortunately, the agent's conduct struck me as unprofessional.

I feel compelled to share my recent interaction with a real estate agent regarding the potential purchase of 5 acres of land. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a sense that the agent prioritized their financial gains over the fundamental aspect of any real estate deal: the contract of sale. Despite my inquiry about the contract, the agent seemed more focused on promoting their own conditions in pursuit of profit. This approach left me questioning their commitment to transparency and genuine customer care. In real estate, the contract of sale is the cornerstone, and I hope that future interactions with agents will uphold its significance above all else.
