Ballan District Health & Care - GP Clinic & Allied Health Services

The receptionists are so very helpful (especially Elaine) and work extremely hard to accommodate you in any way that they can. The doctors here are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable.

The reception staff are warm and helpful.
The doctors are better here than the other clinic in town. It has become easier to see a doctor recently..

My experience at Ballan District Health and Care is always excellent. The staff are attentive and responsive when I visit, and always have a pleasant phone manner when booking appointments (although, I've recently noticed they have hotdoc now so I can book online, yay!!).

My doctor, Dr Neha Gupta is the BEST. I have been seeing her for a year now and would highly recommend her. She's a great listener, provides good options, feedback and follow through and is very thorough.

My exercise physiologist, Teagan, is also awesome, and has really helped get my back injury sorted this year, as has Denis the physio.

The nurses are so lovely too. Whether is a blood test, or some general check-ups they are always so friendly.

I'm so pleased to have such a high level of care at this practice. An overall awesome experience, and I'm glad to have both my GP, pathology, and allied health services all in one place. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the receptionists (dark brunette/black hair, Caucasian with a ponytail and was wearing glasses?) was pretty arrogant and rude. Had a VERY entitled attitude towards me. (Almost as if it was targeted).

Used to be an efficient clinic with good doctors but since MecwaCare took over the clinic there is always a long waiting list to see a doctor.

Booked an appointment three days in advance only to be told on the day that I didn’t have an appointment at all. Thanks for a big waste of time when I really needed help.
