We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach and will definitely be returning. We couldn't fault anything, from the great views, the beautiful furnishings, the spa and the interesting birdlife. We plan to return in the warmer months to make the most of the four fantastic decks and the beach.

Absolutely stunning, We have stayed at the iconic Pole House before and whilst you can't beat the views from there this place was absolutely amazing and definitely a competitor to the pole house. The pole house is something you would only do once, The Beach is something you would come back to time and again. The views are fantastic , the accommodation is just beautiful, feels like a comfy home. So many beautiful touches. Pam is a great host , the breakfast was yummy. We just loved the expanse of space and the balconies overlooking the ocean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, Thank you Pam we had an amazing stay in your beautiful accomodation. The Beach hosted by Pam was a perfect getaway experience. The thought put into the layout of the rooms and balconies maximised the natural attributes of Moggs Creek. The location allowed easy access to the beach and the numerous bush walks in the area. The quality and cleanliness was first class with attention to every detail. We’ll be back!

The Beach at Moggs Creek is a truly wonderful place, where the mountains meet the ocean. Whatever the weather, there is something to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. From the comfort of your living room with extensive windows, you can watch the storms come and go over the sea, before rainbows come out to play. If bushwalking is your thing, there is plenty of splendid scenery to explore within a short distance, featuring a variety of plants and birds. After a hard day's walk, you can relax in your generous spa while watching the setting sun with a glass of local wine. If you aspire to a bit of night-time socialising, Lorne is but a short drive away, with an impressive choice of restaurants. Pam, the host at the Beach, will be able to recommend a good one. She is a pleasure to get to know, unobtrusively welcoming and a mine of information on things to do and see. I can strongly recommend this luxury getaway and hope to be back there one day soon.

The Beach Great Ocean Road was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and sunrise/sunset! Pam was a terrific host and very easygoing and friendly. She was lovely to chat to and also helpful recommending things. The accommodation is extremely clean and comfortable. Cooked breakie was delicious!! Quick walk to the beach and a nice beach walk all the way into Aireys Inlet. Thanks for your great hospitality Pam. Hopefully be back soon!!

This is a brilliant place to stay for a couple - 4 Balcony's on all side's of the upstairs area, wonderful views and a quiet country location - Even Skippy visited several times and his Joey! Plenty of space and very well laid out - Pam, the owner has spent a lot of time on detail and the little things to make you feel welcome! We have been to a lot of places that we would not go back to go again - This is not one of them! Pam even contacted when there was a storm, just in case the power went out - She has back up on just about everything! Pam makes it a wonderful stay! The really best part, is if you take up her offer of breakfasts, which she cooks, where she lives downstairs and brings it up to you, upstairs, they are the best! We were initially concerned we would not have privacy, but we were wrong! I even, accidently left my jumper behind and Pam posted it back to me - I left my Ipad several years ago in Thailand and they never sent it back to me! If you want a couple's time away, this is the place!

Everything you could hope for and more in a luxurious adults only retreat. So spacious with spectacular ocean views and fantastic outdoor areas. Pam was so accommodating, welcoming and thoughtful. The breakfasts and extra touches were really lovely. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just finished a 3 day stay at The Beach, Moggs Creek and we could not recommend it more highly. Exquisitely adorned accommodation where every little detail has been considered, 320 degree views and the perfect hosts, Rob & Pam. The breakfasts were to die for and the perfect spot for a couple to unwind, relax with every comfort and explore all the Great Ocean Road has to offer. A fantastic intimate getaway for 2 people. Pam and Rob are fantastic hosts who welcome you to the secluded top floor of the duplex located not even 50m from the beach. The self contained luxury apartment has amazing views over the ocean and surrounding coast with its 4 balconies and is a great place to curl up after a day exploring the great ocean road. 5/5, will definitely be back again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the beach for two days pam and rob were great, couldn't praise them enough. The house was so beautiful amazing views, and yummy breakfast cooked every morning by pam.
We were greeted each morning and hand fed beautiful king parrots which was a real treat, they very friendly and gentle.
My boyfriend proposed whilst on the amazing beach front not even 2 min walk. Our whole experience Absolutely perfect. If you want a nice quiet relaxing romantic getaway this is the place to be. we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful views, beautiful place inside and out, very homely, clean cosey and modern, has everything you need.
Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean, getting a lovely cooked breakfast and more, beautiful king parrots come to visit. A spa with the best view, a walk on the beach.

Well let me start by saying 5 stars is not enough. This place is not only off the charts but the hospitality and service is why we have come back twice. And are looking at coming back for a 3rd time. Pam and Rob are the most amazing and truly wonderful and genuine hosts you will ever meet and have made our stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable on multiple occasions. They are so warm and welcoming and you actually feel like you are wanted here. Myself and my partner Juan have been to many places along the coast of Victoria and inland but nothing comes close to this. You fall asleep listening to the sound of the ocean and wake up with the sound of the waves. You get to feed the lovely birds that live in the area... and shops and cafes are all very close by. I could not stress this enough that it’s a must stay holiday house for anyone who is confused on there next big adventure or romantic getaway. You will not be disappointed. If I can be brutally honest... I’m writing this review at another holiday location but wishing I was back here. You go there once and it truly stays with you for ever. Thanks so much Pam and Rob for your wonderful hospitality and caring nature in making our stay memorable. We will be coming back next year or so for sure. You are truly lovely people which you should get all the credit into putting in so much time and effort for making all your guests feel at home. We miss you both and hope to see you soon.
