Got most things I need clean store with good staff

Great place to shop . Only wish they had bigger selection in ladies clothes an swim wear.

Large range of products. Good specials at times. Easy and roomy to navigate the store. Some self-service checkouts. Helpful staff.

Went there, W's are barely large, disappointed, but eager for for improvement, though unrelated to size audio W's I feel are the next step in the evolution of W's yours sincerely, Reginald Maistro Bartholomew the Third, of Gloucestershire Shire Manor.

Great place to shop. One of the best Big W stores in Australia. The staff are friendly and always there to help and nothing is too much trouble. Will continue to shop here.

Good priced items here lovely helpful staff and much better since layout has been changed although not much room if you are in a mobility scooter to get in and out of aisles

A great place to pick up a bargain and find what you're looking for. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice wide Isles easy to navigate with your trolley.
Easy access to the escalator or external stairs and toilets. ......what more could you want !

Gigantic shop, you can buy just about anything minus food. Similar to Kmart. Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere.

Self serve checkouts are amazing. Store always looks clean, very friendly staff. Ok range of items, would be nice to see a few different items from time to time.

There is plenty of free parking available both under cover and not

I found the staff fantastc pleasent nothing a bother especially one member over the phone named Everly Pratt she is the the most caring pleasant knowledgable staff person i have ever dealt with over the phone to do business with nothing was a bother to her well done young lady your a credit to Big W well done mangerment because it stems from the top down excellent quality in staff.

Looking for a Harry Potter book for my dyslexic daughter and I was so surprised how helpful Cathy and Belinda are. Specially when I rang at a busy time. Thank you.
