What a great experience this was! The old pub has been renovated but lost none of its charm. Graham and Lisa were fantastic hosts and Lisa makes a killer curry! Sorry about that Graham 😂 highly recommended!

I stayed here for a night while working nearby. I really enjoyed it! This is a wonderful example of a heritage country pub. It has been lovingly restored inside and out. The hotel bar is not open to the general public (but they do open for bookings or events), so it's super secure and quiet. Graham and Lisa were lovely hosts, they have a fully stocked bar, and cooked a DELICIOUS parma for me. I really recommend staying here.
The room has all the basics you would want, comfortable bed, power, desk, chairs etc. They have made the decision to keep it in the heritage style, so no TVs in the room, but they are available in the common area. The bathrooms are shared, as per the heritage layout. The toilets were clean, with lockable doors. The shower was also quite nice. The bathrooms have been renovated so were above what I was expecting!

Stayed one night with Graham and Lisa. Was welcomed with a smile, great chat and a beer. They want you to have a great stay by offering great service and providing everything you need. And maybe the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Thanks for a lovely experience.

Do yourself a favour and make the trip to this beautiful country gem! All the charm of an old aussie pub, but renovated and updated to give it just the perfect amount of that homely feel. Currently managed like an airbnb with the only patrons being those staying in the rooms with amazing meals for guests, many made with home grown ingredients. The attention to detail and little touches are very impressive. The rooms are extremely clean and very well appointed, as are the bathrooms. It was lovely to get to know Graham and Lisa and share some stories and laughs, they made us feel like old friends. The gardens and beer garden are the perfect place to relax and unwind. With rooms and meals at such reasonable prices, this beauty will not disappoint. Also only a stones throw from the lovely Cronomby Tanks wetland and camping ground, with fish, waterbirds and the spectacular mini silo art. Put this hotel on your list for a weekender or for a whole fortnight, because once you arrive, you won't want to leave!

I stumbled upon this beautiful pub. The publicans were fantastic and welcoming and it has a great atmosphere this place. I had a good stay. I forgot to ask if they have any live music or functions on the weekend?cause i would definitely to come back with my mates to have a drink and play some pool.

Came upon this gem while travelling around and what a find. After being greeted we enjoyed lots of chatter and laughter with Graham and Lisa well into the night. The wine was beautiful and the beer cold; the evening was finished off with Graham’s delicious, made from scratch curry. The room was spotless, huge, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated with respect to the beauty of this wonderful building. Loved it!

Absolutely loved staying at the Woomelang Hotel. We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Lisa as she was indisposed, but Graham is a wonderful host!

The rooms are well appointed and very clean, great quality linen and pillows making for a very comfortable bed. There are even tea&coffee stations in the hall for anyone who enjoys a cuppa! Lisa and Graham are in the process of remodelling the bathrooms and the showers come to temperature quickly and have great water pressure. There is a pool table, well stocked bar and lovely beer garden to enjoy too!

I highly recommend dining in, as well. Their home-cooked meals are astonishingly good - Graham used to run an Indian restaurant and his curries are excellent! I do recommend ordering one extra curry per group (eg 2 people = 3 curries, 4 people = 5 curries) because they are so delicious, you’ll want more than one serve! Or tack on some extra serves of their flaky roti. They also offer a complimentary continental breakfast with a variety of cereals, breads and spreads.

All in all, an absolutely wonderful stay. If I drive this way again, I will definitely rebook!

We had a lovely stay at The Woomelang Hotel with our three children. Lisa and Graham were very welcoming and lovely hosts. The rooms were freshly painted and furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely pub meal for dinner and had use of the downstairs lounge area with a tv which kept the kids entertained. Gluten free options were available which impressed us immensely for a small country town. Tea and coffee making facilities were available for use by guests and toast, fruit and cereal were provided for breakfast. We would recommend this hotel for the night if you are passing through the region. You will have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

A gem of a find. Very relaxed, great hosts, good accommodation, and thoroughly recommend the choice of a curry for dinner (if you are looking for something different). Felt like a ‘lock in’ at the local back in the day!

Also, pleasantly surprised by the Woomelang silo art trail in the town and you can feel the history of the 1950’s shearing shed on the trail, beats a lot of the promoted tourist attractions for shear historic atmosphere

The moment you step inside you are greeted with a friendly smile. Great country pub with awesome facilities. Food and drinks delicious. I’m so glad to have found a gem of a place. So whether you need a quick stop or a place to stay, Woomelang Hotel is worth the time to pull over and step inside. Thank you Graham and Lisa, for genuine country hospitality.

Great way to break up any journey. This hotel us at the Northern end of the Silo Art Trail. Too much travel for one day so this is a great way to break up the drive no matter which way you've come from or which way your going. Within easy distance of a lot of local sights and landmarks.

amazingly clean and tastefully refurbished hotel, great balcony upstairs. Downstairs there's a outdoor area that's an oasis of green lawn with some sports equipment provided for kids to burn up their pent up "are we there yet" energy.

After being thoroughly spoiled by Graham & the fabulous Lisa at their Woomelang Hotel for a week it was time to leave to find our way home 😞 I would recommend an overnight or three or four here as the beds are sooo big and comfortable and cosy warm. If that’s not enough then wait till you try the home cooked, made from scratch, meals! Talk about knock your socks off. Try the crispy crumbed schnitzel or their mouth watering curry or the best pizza in the Mallee. You can have alcoholic beverages served with food too. I loved every minute of being there and thank Lisa and Graham profusely. Xx❤😊

The food was very good the room was clean and comfortable and the hosts , well , lisa was absolutely awesome although she did tell us to put that in our review lol if you have stayed there you will know what i mean , if you havent maybe you should give them a go .
If you are doing the silo trail Woomelang has 8 mini silos with artwork on them around town .

Top notch!! New owners are doing an amazing job of this charming old country pub. Fantastic meals at a great price, great selection of drinks.

Accomodation was absolutely brilliant! It IS shared bathroom etc but this is standard for bush pubs and with only a few rooms, there is hardly competition for the shower. Outstanding value at just $50 for the night.

A great stop in to visit the Silo Art trail or Lake Tyrrell - and your hosts will be the loveliest publicans this side of the Nullabor.

Came up and stayed here while working nearby, best customer service I have ever experienced. Great food, great rooms and the owners were even better! Will definitely be visiting again and hopefully soon! Thanks guys!

We arrived in Woomelang today and visited the Woomelang hotel tonight for drinks and dinner. The absolute best steak & fish and chips. Thank you Graham, Lisa and Jake for the fantastic service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Way back on Easter Sunday 2022, after staying in your establishment, I left a 5 star review. From time to time I'd look at the reviews, there was never any reply to mine, not that I expected it. Now when I look, it has disappeared completely??

We just had a great steak, vegetarian pizza & Death by chocolate, accompanied by great friendly company. Many thanks for a lovely evening! We will make sure that we call again when on our next trip.

Had awesome meal here today. Lovely & clean atmosphere Great service & conversation & the death by chocolate topped off the meal to perfection. Would rate this as one of the best all rounded country pubs.
