Southside Kids

Dr Lamb and the team at Southside Kids go above and beyond. I've been going there for a few years now and receive very prompt, friendly and helpful responses from both admin and Dr Lamb. Can't speak highly enough this team, they make things so much easier.

Saw Dr Khurana on short notice from being referred by our pediatrician. During the consultation he was very friendly and answered all our questions. Dr Khurana was then able to schedule us in for the necessary operation within a very short period of time. After the operation he told us we could contact him if we had any concerns which made us feel reassured. The practice itself is also modern and has onsite car parking available, would recommend!

Dr. Lamb is great. Both my kids see him and he's always been knowledgeable and my kids love him also. Reception staff are always friendly, and appts always run on time.

Dr Wong absolutely fantastic. Very patient and open to listening to all concerns. Extremely thorough and empathetic to previous issues. Open to investigating our son's health concerns further. Great with kids. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff all very friendly and welcoming. Dr Abu-Assi was very knowledgeable in is field, highly recommended.

Receptionist was very dismissive and rude, spoke in an irritated and abrupt manner with obvious frustration. When attempting to make appointment questioned whether she could hear my daughter coughing in the background- was trying to find excuses not to accept referral or make an appointment- before the presenting complaint of referral heard. Extraordinarily irritable and rude individual -Karen I think her name was.

Just visited this place today for the first time. I had an appointment at 12:00pm with Dr. Khurana. We arrived their 15 mins before. After 1 hour of waiting, I told the receptionist when is the doctor going to call me in. They just said keep waiting. No apologies, no sorry, nothing. As a doctor and a receptionist, they should be ashamed of themselves. I would never recommend this clinic. Extremely rude and arrogant people.

Pathetic customer service by the receptionist today. Asked for an appointment and asked for specific days when I’m not working and she said so rudely, full of attitude, can’t help you. No customer service. Fail to understand how some people can be the face of the company or at the reception and have no politeness. Totally shameless. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

I called Southside kids today trying to get an earlier appointment and the receptionist was so rude, as a teenager I hate calling places up as my anxiety is bad so I try and not do it as much as possible and the lady was so rude I have been seeing Dr lamb for 11years now and there staff are so rude I don’t want to be calling up to talk to people like that I was nice to her even though she didn’t give me any respect at all
