I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience while working with Kennedy homes. As a first time builder of course I was worried especially hearing all the horror stories.
Building a house is such a massive thing, it’s not just a simple purchase and a lot is on the line. I will be forever grateful I chose to build with Kennedy Homes.
I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about them. It’s only Darren and Jacinta you deal with. There was no ‘I’ll get this person to call, I can’t get a hold of this guy, what’s happening here’. Darren was always available to talk when I wanted to call and see how things were going. And trust me, as a first time builder I was calling either Darren and Jacinta frequently- they always had the time of day to talk to me and not once did I feel any sort of negativity coming from either of them.
Even making regular trips to check out the progress all his tradies were just awesome and professional.
