Card less cash wasn't working for me and Adrian the manager could see me struggling with my kids he was kind enough to get young Jack to give me hand letting me in the branch 15 minutes early! can't thank either of you enough 🙌🏼

My missus went into the bank to sort out a fraud transation she was told it got declined so it should go back into her account then the next day it came out and now arfter being on a phone call with combank she has to wait up to 21 days for the money to go back into her account leaving her with no money to pay back her loan
Do not recomend this back for dealing with fraud transactions. They did not even create a record of it for the combank security people to look at. Bloody disgusting.

The atm always running out of money! Sorry but that's my money n I can't access it from a bank atm ??? Smh.
