Dr Chabbou is a great doctor, and I am changing my review on the staff. I have been going for a few years now, and the first couple of years was not a nice experience, but I am happy to say that recently, it has been a much nicer one. Which is great! Just need to work on waiting times, and it would be 3 out 3

Came with a friend for moral support to get her blood work done

One of the nurses was extremely rude and condescending to patient’s previous to her turn

There was even a point she was yelling at an elderly man in the wrong way I understand using a louder voice but it came across as violent

Pathetic service and huge wait times. Doctors have no time management. Reception staff are extremely rude.

Receptionist is very rude. Refuse to speak with my insurer. Didn't provide the info that I needed to get my approval. Wouldn't suggest anyone to go here.
