Highly recommended! I dropped in on way from central qld to Tasmania trip as I needed a new chain for my BMW S1000XR 2020. They were excellent and really helpful. Ben even gave me some route planning tips to increase the number of corners enroute to Melbourne. Next trip I’ll be planning ahead and booking in for a set of tyres before the lap of Tasmania.

These guys helped a friend out with fitting a tire on a Saturday afternoon and went above and beyond to help and offer great assistance.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough! Needed roadside assistance with a blown tyre and they were quick, courteous and careful with my K1600. They had a spare in stock and had me back on the road in hours. Service was excellent and staff friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Pricing was very good considering all the trouble that they had gone to. A great bunch if you are ever in that neck of the woods. Thanks Ben, Connor and team.

Very grateful for these legends. Flat front tire on my FXST as I came into Myrtleford, likely from a rock fall on Hotham. Ben got the bike into his workshop, got the team to look at it, turned out to be hole in tube, replaced and out in under an hour. Saved the day, saved my ride and really looked after me. On a high country trip, rang looking for tyres for my Tracer 900, had them in stock and held them for the next day. Straight in and out and prices better than Adelaide!
Off to do the Omeo highway and fault light came on. First bike I've had with new electronics, rang them up and they got me sorted the same afternoon.

Had a small accident on a long road trip, so went here to see if they could help straighten out my bike. Very friendly service (first thing out of Benny's mouth was an I alright!). With Romeo's help, Benny was able to help me out as much as they could with what they had on hand and got me on the road again. Couldn't be happier.

Impressed with the service over the phone and in person. They were promptly able to fit me in for a new front tyre on my road bike and did a good job with the work. I spoke to several employees whilst having a look around the shop and they were all very pleasant and nice and happy to take the time to have a quick chat.

Broke my oil pan on Africa Twin, Honda Australia did not have it in stock. The kind folks at Alpine emailed me the parts list to put through online. The waiting time was 12 - 15 weeks, it arrived earlier and to my front door, no damage, neatly packed and stacked! Superb help from them on that side. Will be my go to shop for all my DIY mistakes! Thank you kindly to Ben and others there who made things happen! Expect a call on Monday to order more oil pans after breaking this brand new one with my sausage fingers!

True to their word, honest and if they say they will do something - they do it, excelent customer service had a couple of tyres fitted while I waited as it was quiet. Afterwards I needed some backup service and they did everything they could to help me. Even though they are a long way away, I will be getting them to quote on a new bike, I dont forget this stuff! Experienced a flat rear tyre on Saturday at 1140. Rang the shop and was blown away by the awesome service from Ian who brought out a tyre, tube and tools.
