Has an acceptable variety of products with reasonable prices for a small town shop. Lovely staff members, would recommend over any big city grocery stores. :)

This place is a Godsend. The product range is fantastic and the prices are very decent. The specials on the meat are worth the trip to the store with bulk whole rib fillets for 16.99 a kilo. So delicious and tender.

Fresh chickens are available with the size 14 as a regular stock line for around 8 dollars. Chicken thigh and breast packs are cheaper than the larger towns and stores, legs of pork and a variety of yummy specials are available in the meat section.

The deli is perfect, with sliced ham 9.99 a kilo and fresh salads long with larger packs of some deli lines for sale cheap as chips.

Spar Howard staff are efficient, full of product knowledge and professionally presented at all times. All the girls and guys are happy and friendly and the store has an energetic happy small town atmosphere which reflects beautifully on the wonderful town Howard is.

The supermarket and deli combines with a great little newsagency with full lotto facilities and a variety of store syndicates available for that big win.

One of the only place open on the entire Fraser Coast on a Sunday morning that you can cash in or purchase lotto, oz lotto, powerball and more.

A gem of a store in the small community of Howard. The supermarket has just about everything you need even a cooked chook. The staff are courteous and efficient also which does help newbies to town. There is plenty of parking in front of the shop so no long distances to carry your groceries. If you are travelling with your caravan then ther is plenty of on-street parking as well.

It's a small country newsagent offers lotto ,scratches assorted magazines the major daily newspapers as well as local papers ,weekly/monthly tabloids and some overseas magazines . I have all ways had small wins from scratches from there every time I buy a few dollars worth .

Also has attached a small Spar supermarket with basic food supplies ,dairy , meat sections fresh vegetables and bread as well all other items you expect to see in a mum and pop supermarket also the hardware and toys and fishing bait as,well . Staff are real friendly treat every one like they a true blue local and member of the family .

Lovely staff. Smaller convience shop that suits the needs in a rush. They also have great hotdogs and chicken and gravy rolls that I may or may not have had a few times ..... :)

Open very early in the morning even wouldnt hesitate to serve customers at5.30 in the morning although officially opens at 6.00 am with a nice smile.
Stores almost everything any big supermarket would stock.
