Uraidla Cottage Pharmacy

We visited Uraidla pharmacy recently as we were travelling from interstate and my wife had a nasty stomach bug. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in understanding my wife’s symptoms, what she should do about it and where to go if things got worse. The level of customer service was exceptional.

Great Pharmacy who really care and go above and beyond. Today I wanted to do a shout out to Nasiba who managed to organise some hard to get medication for me and rang me to let me know. Nasiba is totally on the ball and doesnt miss a beat. Such a great addition to an already awesome team.

This is a fantastic pharmacy providing specialised individual support to the community. The attached Natura Day Spa has high quality massage and beauty services.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, quaint settling, away from the hustle and bustle. Great old fashion service unlike the big chains.

The pharmacist was very polite and patient in dealing with my difficult situation.

Not very many of these small cottage pharmacies left. After having a good look around, chatted to a very knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist. It made me think this is is what a chemist shop was like. Could do with one of these in our area

This pharmacy has significantly overpriced goods. I will never go there again, and would not recommend it to anyone else.
