Malcolm was prompt and responsive to our request for repairs and servicing. He spent some time reviewing the timpani and considering the work needed, and offering advice to our percussionist of playing techniques for the particular model. He returned the next week as requested and did the servicing, and we are now confident the timpani will play well and not deteriorate. We would definitely use Groove again for percussion needs.

Finally, a music store where drums come first! An amazing selection of everything you could ever want, and a bunch of things you didn't know you want until you see them. Malcom is a wealth of knowledge and has a genuine interest in helping you get the best out of your kit. 5 stars!

I recently bought a hand drum for my Daughter’s wedding. Malcolm played the various options for me over the phone as l live interstate and this enabled me to make the correct choice. Every effort was made to ensure the drum arrived before the wedding given serious time constraints. The drum arrived on time and my daughter is absolutely thrilled. They proactively notified me via text in an undisruptive way that they needed to order in some supply. That’s fine, and let me know they could reach out if there was any questions. I didn’t have any but in did appreciate the proactive approach here. It is nicer than getting bombarded with emails. And it’s also less disruptive than a call. So I think it’s a good approach
