There is simply no better doctor than Dr Richard Goodwin. He has been our family doctor for 20 years and he has literally saved each of our lives a few times because he is so highly competent and knowledgeable and because he truly and genuinely cares! The practice is so well run and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommended!

A lovely team atmosphere, from reception and nursing staff and the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful, on time and it was a lovely atmosphere in the waiting room. The doctor listened to me and addressed everything.

Dr Tolley was both thorough and clear in her explanations. She spoke directly to my son during the consultation which gave him autonomy and control.

The dr. I saw was very kind, thoughtful, caring and competent . I felt safe and in good hands.

Dr Pannozzo was my doctor for the last 41 years. Since his retirement recently, his replacement Dr Goh has been just as brilliant with knowledge, treatment and advice.

I have been going to Malvern Medical for over 20 years. The staff are friendly and efficient and the Doctors I have seen over the years have all been professional and caring. Doctor Sarah Cunningham who has been seeing me for well over 10 years is amazing. She's extremely intelligent, has extensive knowledge of all things, puts you at ease always and has a great sense of humour. She is never allowed to retire lol. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly and attentive desk and medical staff. NO sense of being rushed by the GP and she listened and asked useful questions.

My first experience at my first appointment with Dr. Ceri Goodwin at Malvern Medical Centre was very good.
Staff were friendly and helpful and Dr. Ceri was very impressive. I found him to me very competent with great Doctor / Patient communication skills. My usual GP is retiring soon and I will go to Dr. Cery Goodwin.

Dr Tim Goh is absolutely fantastic and professional. My family has been seeing him for awhile. He is always giving us straight forward and clear instructions.

First appointment today with Dr Richard Goodwin and staff and doctor were great. On time and friendly and empathetic. Definitely happy I chose to go there for my new GP.

The telephone conference call was on time. Dr. R. Shute was amiable and helpful. My referral was sent to the radiographer making my consultation easy and without having to visit the clinic especially with Covid still with us. I was very happy with this service.

Amazing Doctors and Staff. They took my daughter in on late notice on a Saturday after hearing her symptoms and kept calling back to let us know times to arrive. Both doctors my daughter has seen at MMC have been very thorough and caring and have helped work out many issues that she has ongoing, keeping it well under check. We are so happy we made the move here early this year.

I have attended the Malvern Medical Centre for 18 months & have always received professional, attentive, interested attention. I have dealt with two of the doctors & consider their service to be outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to potential patients.

I appreciated very much Dr.Tim Goh’s reaction to my concern about a lesion behind my ear, he immediately organised a referral to a dermatologist and then because of ongoing concerns, a referral to a plastic surgeon who has scheduled an excision, biopsy and skin graft soon.
