Grassy Head Holiday Park

Would highly recommend this campground for the price you pay.

The location is perfect, amenities are clean and tidy and the staff was super helpful (we had a heavy storm one of the days and after it, they were checking on everyone and relocating people where necessary due to the heavy rain).

Very close to Scott’s Head too, just a 10-minute drive.

We did not stay here, but instead we were day visitors. There's a wonderful off-leash beach area for the dogs that our dog absolutely loved. We almost had the beach to ourselves. It was a lovely beach, but saying that, all the beaches around here are magic.

We had a great stay at Grassy Head.. it's a great location only a short walk to the beach. The amenities were clean and the service very helpful and friendly. All this and great value too. We took our mountain bikes on some fire trails nearby into the National Park, there are plenty of walks to do as well. Just make sure you watch for grass ticks on your dogs, as I caught one climbing up my arm as I was rolling up our grey water hose.

Not too far from Stuarts Point. For shops.. clubs and Hotel/pub. Great staff.💕

Love this holiday spot. Visit here often. Is not like a Big 4 or Reflections, so don't expect things like jumping pillows or pools etc, but the area and beach are just beautiful. Some good fishing spots around the headland and on the beach.

Stayed here again in our caravan. Beautiful people running the place - beautiful clean amenities and right next to beach Our kind of place !

We just spent a few days at this beautiful park. The amenities are kept spotless and the staff are super friendly. The park is so close, with easy access to the beach. Maybe we were blessed with the weather as the beach was crystal clear and clean. We are planning to go back before the end of February. A big thank you to the guy that helped me with my car :).

Best place to camp, swim, fish and the relax. Explore untouched beaches, lush hinterlands and pristine waterways on your holiday. Surfing, camping, bushwalking – the perfect destination for a relaxing break. Nestled between a lush coastal forest and pristine beach, Grassy Head Holiday Park is a hidden a gem of the Macleay Valley Coast.

Had a lovely stay here for an affordable night as a pit stop, but would love to come back for a longer stay. A well maintained area with nice camp sites. Facilities are convenient and clean. There's access to 2 beaches which were stunning and nice and quiet. Dog friendly including an off leash beach! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I would like to see is a pool as well!

We had a most enjoyable time, with particular thanks to friendly Maree for all her help and information about the local area and sights and walking tracks to do . The beaches are lovely and the facilities are nice and clean, well maintained . The fishing is not to bad either , great beach to walk along and sunrises are very pretty . Go in the right season and you’ll see whales migrating south , awesome ! There is a shop there for items , the kids loved the lollies and ice blocks . We will be back

Absolutely incredible, the park managers were amazing had such a wonderful experience. The camp sites were so beautifully kept and maintained. The activity the park put on each day kept the kids entertained and involved ❤ beach access was so close and the beaches were breathtaking ❤❤

What an amazing find!
The park is surrounded by natural bushland, so peaceful and unspoilt. The beautiful, uncrowded beach was only a minutes walk, where we enjoyed swimming, surfing and fishing.
Our family of 4 stayed in a self-contained cabin. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedding quite comfortable and the bathroom clean and fresh. The deck was perfect for soaking up the tranquil atmosphere, even the wildlife was friendly and came to visit regularly.
Park Managers Les and Maree were so welcoming, helpful and informative about the local area, which made our stay even more pleasurable.
We highly recommend Grassy Head Holiday Park and will definitely stay again when visiting the Mid North Coast!

Nice little caravan park right by the sea. Lots of trees and good clean amenities. A nice little getaway spot, very quiet ☺.

The little gem of a camp spot is our new favourite! It’s small, uncrowded, right on the beach, super clean and tidy with the most beautiful staff who really looked after the kids with fun activities every day. Feels like we stumbled across the best kept secret of this area. We will be back!

Loved how quiet the place is, tucked away from the hustle and the bustle.

Great no frills park. Nice lawns to camp on. Clean, modern amenities. Friendly & helpful management. Walk thru the dunes to the beach. Great for us and will be back for sure. Great restaurant up the road for a special night out that I highly recommend too.

Love this place, so relaxed, beautiful beaches and the new Management have things running smoothly. Thanks for a great holiday!!
