Majestic View Cottages

We had a recent weekend getaway at Majestic View Cottages, and we totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. The cottage itself was immaculately clean and very nice, the slow combustion fireplace was amazing at night. The hosts Margaret and Grant live on the property and are the nicest people you could ever meet. Last bit, but the best bit, is the views, from straight out on the verandah. The views over the Blue Mountains towards Katoomba is truly spectacular, add to this the local Kangaroos that are around most of the time and this is a totally relaxing and peaceful getaway. Also wanted to say, due to how quite it is, with the only sounds being kangaroos chewing grass, the local birds and the wind in the trees, we actually found ourselves whispering to each other. Truely amazing

Easily one of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in. The cottage was impeccably clean and well kept, and the owners live on the same land, and are available as needed. The most amazing part of the place is the sheer number of kangaroos and wallabies on the land. You’re almost tripping over them. We also took some amazing pictures of the Milky Way at night, because you have no light pollution to interfere.

TL;DR: stay here, it’s incredible.

An immaculate cottage set on a beautiful property.The owners (who are very welcoming and helpful) have a done a wonderful job, lovely comfortable bedding,everything is well looked after and well thought of. The views are to die for especially in the morning.If you are looking for wide open spaces and a well kept cabin then this is the best place for you.

Wow! This is an incredibky little cottage for a perfect air bnb stay in the blue mountains. We were only there for one night, but we can guarantee we will be back!

Beautiful views across the valley, kangaroos in morning and lots of other wildlife, wonderful place to stay!
