What a wonderful shop with very friendly service. It was great to discover this fantastic health food shop and all the many questions I asked were answered. Will definitely be shopping here regularly as they supply all the healthy items I need and are so passionate about providing an excellent service for their customers. Highly recommend.

Went into this store on Saturday 4th November
Walked around and around the store looking for a certain product
The woman behind the counter ignored us..
She was too busy preaching to two customers about coal energy etc.When we Walked to the counter and asked about the product she snapped at us and pointed to where it was
I reluctantly bought it because I can't get this product in Port Macquarie.
Will never go back

I have just moved to Wauchope and went in to ecowild today 16/05/2023. The moment I walked in I felt tension, frustration and aggression from the owner. She did not say hi to me but instead ignored me as she was folding up a table. She was huffing and puffing and made it very uncomfortable. I considered leaving and coming back later in the hope she would be in a better mood. I continued to shop finding lots of items that I was ready to buy. Then a male customer came in and she went off on a rant about smart cities and how the Council wants to put in face recognition cameras and people should go back to paying with cash and on and on she went. She has even plastid her shop with home made sighs about how corrupt the Gov. is. Then when he left she sat behind the counter, continuing to ignore me and started to watch a video with the sound up high. I had about 6 items and wanted to grab a couple more items but decided to put it all back and leave without saying a word to her or even looking at her and she said nothing as I left. I would have spent over $100 there today and continue to come back but she was not interested. This is one very angry woman and is best to be avoided. What is ironic is that she is against surveillance cameras but has one in her shop. I am sure the moment I left she went and checked to see if I had stolen anything.

I love to support local and have spent hundreds, possibly thousands, in store at EcoWild over the years because I enjoy the product range. The absolute worst thing about this is the incredibly toxic customer service I've received from the owner every time I've seen her. She snaps impatiently, speaks and looks at you in a condescending manner, huffs and puffs as though serving you is the greatest inconvenience of her life, literally throws items down at you on the bench after scanning them and overall just gives off nasty vibes. 😒 Makes continuing to support her business extremely difficult... a true shame as the products she stocks are of good quality and variety - albeit a little overpriced.

Travelled some distance to come here and it’s closed even though it says it was supposed to be open. Please amend your hours. I’ll be perchasing my products online now. So much for trying to support local business. Surrounded by so many closed businesses in a dying Main Street very sad
