Useless. Shame full. Doesn't even earn one star thankfully That has changed. New Doctor Mark is awesome and other staff have always been great.

Was treated with complete derision and rudeness from the triage receptionists when I came in with a minor, albeit irritating complaint that I was hoping to get treated. As a visitor to the town this made me feel pretty uncomfortable and that seeking help for something minor was wrong. One of them pretty much said that if their policy wasnt to turn no one away, that I wouldn’t be getting helped, because of how her daughter was treated at another hospital. Pretty unprofessional and discompassionate. The nurse and Dr who ended up willingly helping me were lovely and professional.

But place is more like a General
Practitioners Surgery. Plus, 2 weeks is Much to long to wait for general appointment as if sick that long would be better off DEAD.

Waiting over half hour for an appointment is unacceptable
