Public Toilet

Like many other reviewers I had a life changing experience visiting this deluxe dunny.

It is the single cleanest public bathroom I have ever used. I have yet to encounter any kind of bodily fluid on the floors, paper is reliably stocked, hand soap in ample supply.

While some towns in this area sport more genetic variation on the bathroom walls than the general population the Walcha toilets stand as a shining beacon to all who value cleanliness and comfort.

I would recommend visiting this unique attraction if you’re passing through the area.

Been here for quick stop in the middle of a long trip between Tamworth and Port Macquarie. The toilet is clean, quiet, and there is a small play ground next to it.

I am not being dramatic when I say this is the cleanest public toilet I’ve ever been to. The toilets have been upgraded (goodbye steel) and they’re now white porcelain thrones, and there’s clean white tiles all over the walls. Plenty of toilet paper, TWO vases of fresh flowers and a clean mirror (bit warped, but could also just be me looking tired after a drive up from Sydney). The park surrounding the toilets is picturesque. 10/10 recommend

Always stop here on the way through. Well maintained park and the toilets are always kept spotlessly clean. Well done Walcha.
