Adam the Manager is Amazing. Please take the time to respect this wonderful young Manager who is doing his best. He is so polite and really cares about his customers. Such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Adam for putting customer service back to where it should be ☺

I have been grabbing the same brekky meal for a few weeks now after dropping off my daughter to daycare. It is the one time of day I get my food to myself and a half hour of me time.

The staff this morning were excellent. I didnt grab her name but the manager with Red hair has a great customer presence and you can tell she cares about her staff.

My coffee was delicious and you can tell the staff care, she was very proud of having made a coffee art heart on my latte and so she should be. Sorry I only took a photo once i was home and the drive disrupted it a bit :)

My wrap was delicious as usual and the hashbrowns were fresh, hot and crispy.

I dont think a better experience is possible and that was just through the drive thru.

Cheers to the Staff on this morning @ about 6:50am on 9/8

First time at the Elizabeth Store. Ordered at the drive thru, asked the staff member to repeat my order back to me. I pointed out that the order was wrong, and was advised it was amended. Drove to the pick up window, young fella repeated my order ... which was wrong, as I'd identified at the payment window. I noted the discrepancy, he took care of it in less than two minutes. When I asked to pay the difference, he said don't worry.

The moral of the story ... mistakes happen. It's how they're dealt with that matters, and the customer was put first. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews that were written a few years ago.. whatever that was it was certainly not my experience.

I have been coming here for almost a year now since I started working in the area and every single time its fast, the food is ALWAYS fresh and the staff always have a smile on their face. I am so happy and wish this HJS was close to my house.

Delicious food. Very friendly professional staff. Good order times from ordering to handing over. Correct food items given each time. Will definitely recommend hungry jacks burgers elizabeth. Restaurant was well presented. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Tables were clean. No rubbish left around. Music was a great volume. Not too loud. But loud enough to hear it.

I went to get some dessert with my family and my mum left her bag that had her phone, ID, and money in it on one of the seats in the corner and we didn’t notice that she had left it there until we received a call from my mum’s phone. The employees working there tonight called my dad and told them that they found the bag on one of their seats and reassured us that they would keep it safe until we got there to collect it. We drove back as soon as they called us and they kept to their word and I am very thankful for that. The employees working tonight were honest and provided amazing customer service as they went out of their way to try to contact the owner of the phone. Absolutely grateful for those employees.

The food tastes great the staff are polite friendly respectful and helpful.

The food hit the spot, restaurant is clean and tidy, and staff helpful and friendly.

Gee people complain so much that they could do it themselves but don't because they are too lazy and think they deserve first class service.

It's fast food. Nothing's perfect.
But for a friendly and nice run restaurant it's not bad for Elizabeth. I go other places and it's messy or not worth it.

You get what you get.

Hungry jack was perfect place to go to celebrate a birthday i got given a birthday whopper for free thanks to those who run the system of hungry jack GOD bless you all

When I order a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe they usually give me a bacon double cheeseburger Deluxe so instead of the double bacon I get the double cheeseburger not real happy about that so don't order them anymore, I do like the Junior whopper with double everything that's a good feed.

This Restuarant was clean, not too crowded, and the staff were helpful and productive. My adult son ordered a Vegan Burger and he said it was tasty.
I ordered a large meal so I could share my chips and give the beautiful bonus drinking glass to my son.

After my wife came back in the car she asked me "What's wrong with this Hungry Jacks?" I asked why and she said because the staff were really polite and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I agreed, the staff member at the drive through was exceptionally polite and very professional and the food WAS actually really nice. Most Hungry Jacks locations can learn a wealth of good customer service from Elizabeth's location.

Similar to the other fast-food chains within proximity to this establishment, there are the "unique" patrons, shall we say, that dine here. Most are extremely rude. The staff have always been kind and respectful to me, and the food has generally been good. I know the strain they are under trying to produce food for ungrateful and unworthy people. A positive environment will make better food. We are all here on this planet, trying to survive. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.

Hungry Jacks Elizabeth! Where do I begin. The placing is perfect and the stuff are very friendly. They have amazing teamwork while I was dining in i was watching how they function and I couldn't believe my eyes they where amazing. I recommend to go this store. They are clean as well and up to top shape. I don't come here often but every time I do come here it always been a great experience. The good thing about the location is that its right near a shopping centre. So you can grab a bite at hungry jacks and then do your shopping or after your shopping you can go to Hungry jacks. What are you waiting for come to this hungry jacks already and give it the business it much needs. Trust me your money will be well spend here.

Had to drive to Elizabeth from an hour away. Got hungry and we ordered our meals. It’s been the best burgers for many years. The onion rings were crunchy and 😍. It was finger licking good. Staff were friendly and great. Wished it wasn’t an hour away! We have closer stores and they don’t compare to the food we got. Thanks staff at the Elizabeth store!
