CU@Park Cafe

Came for a lunch date, I had the lemon pepper snapper (pictured) it was amazing, presented really well and the salad was nice, not too keen on the creamy dressing as it didn’t really complement the rest of the dish, coffee was nice

Having been disappointed at Verge 301 we were hoping for something better, and a look at the menu at CU looked promising. We ordered gf Oceanlover - a surf and turf with local beef. Initially it came out with chips - not gf but the staff member apologised and it was not overly long before replacements arrived. And so tender and delicious was that steak! Yummy sauce! Really good! With an extra big salad to make up for the lack of chips. So many places just leave off stuff, and you pay the same, but these folks were very considerate. It was yummy salad too! Very nice surrounds, and great staff! Thank you!

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, the Butter chicken was recommended by one of the girls that work here, and it was soooo creamy and tasty.

Our coffees were great. Caesar salad and soup were on point. Well done. :) would recommend stoping here

Stopped here on our sunday drive for a coffee and muffin. Nice relaxing place. Friendly staff. Selling locally made products. Great view over the park

A Gem of a place in a Gem of a town. Great breakfast, coffee and service. Lovely atmosphere to take a travel break.

Nice coffee, a large variety of items on the menu. Whatever it was that i had toasted with chips was bonza. Friendly staff too and a peaceful location.

I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. Lovely little small town cafe with a good range of fresh food in a beautiful setting. Come and enjoy.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. The cosy, refurbished restaurant is just gorgeous and has so much history. Food is delicious and good sized portions. Space outside door kids to run around, next to Gingin Brook.

Such a beautiful spot, lovely service and the Man burger n chips and toasted sandwich were amazing.

We had a wonderful day today, came from Perth to meet family half way and it was brilliant. We will definitely be back and would actually drive there for the day now that we know how amazing it is. We had coffee to start with which was lovely, then went across to the awesome park to let the child use up some energy, back there for a yummy lunch and beverage and then across to the grass area / stream for some bike riding fun and seeing the ducklings. My daughter had such a great time and made beautiful memories with her grandparents. Staff were so friendly and funny, just a great day. Thank you CU@Park Cafe , we will see you soon 👌👍😃🙂

What a wonderful time we had at CU@Park Cafe today! It was a lovely sunny day and even though the cafe was busy, I noticed how friendly and helpful the staff were as we waited to order our meals. All our food was amazing, and we weren’t rushed to finish our food, so had a perfect Sunday lunchtime chatting with our friend. The tables were all cleared of finished plates, so that people looking for a table, didn’t have to sit down at a table full of plates, etc. We went to look at the desserts and again, the staff were friendly and helpful, in describing the choices available. It is such a beautiful spot, I can’t think of anywhere else that can beat it. Thank you to all of the staff at CU@Park Cafe for making our Sunday so special!

A picturesque place for afternoon tea. Delicious cakes, thickshakes and smoothies with a relaxing view of the green park and Gingin Brook.

Delicious breakfast with a view of the park. An interesting venue with many places to sit. Must be beautiful at night with the outdoor lights.

We called by on the way through to Freo and ordered a muffin, Brekky burger and some coffees.

The service was so friendly and our food and drinks arrived quickly.

We loved our meals and the coffee was also good.

Not to mention the beautiful setting.

Fantastic, stopped for breakfast. Service and food all excellent with reasonable prices, highly recommend.

I can only eat small amounts of food at a time and they kindly let me order a kids pancakes which was greatly appreciated! I only managed half, but they were delicious.

I also got a take away coffee which was also nice.

Great cafe for lunch by the park. Fish burger was delicious.

Great food, lovely setting friendly staff good all round value well worth the visit.
