Lovely and friendly staff who go above and beyond, great product selection and the space has a nice vibe.

The rug whisperer had a wide selection of high quality products for both riders and horses. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions in relation to the greengard muzzle and offering valuable recommendations and advice for my young daughter in relation to laminitis management. The prices were reasonable, and the store had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic place to shop for all my equestrian needs, and I'll definitely be returning time again. Thanks Roz and team! Best tack shop around hands down. Love the matchy match sets!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a rug that was needed urgently 8 days ago, to be sent via express mailing and today, still no rug. No response to my initial email, no updates provided until I followed it up further via mobile. Blamed it on a 'technical difficulty' with supplier but was later confirmed this Business failed to pay the supplier to iniate postage, seems it was overlooked. Refused to refund postage and after my request to confirm it was shipped to the correct address, no further communication. Very dissapointing.
