Always quick and very personable staff

Terribly slow service.

Walked in at 09:00 and with 4 people in front of me and didn't walk out until 10:20.. One lady who'd been waiting left in disgust, while another lost her cool with the collector. When my turn finally came, the identity clarification was painfully slow - a trip to the dentist would have been the preferred option.

My husband even asked if the collector was on a go-slow strike.

I went on February 5th and had a really bad experience. The lady who collected my blood is unprepared to collect blood. I felt pain in my vein for 3 hours after the collection. I will never return.

Walked in this morning to just quickly drop a sample off. Two men talking in their office. The bell on the door rang when I walked in, nothing, I called out twice, nothing. Stood there for 10 minutes listening to one of them complaining about their children getting up in the morning and how they need to be more responsible. When he started talking about whether divorce is an option I just left the sample on the desk and left. Don't have time for that. Maybe find some staff with better work ethic and get a louder digital bell that goes off in their office.
