F45 Vasse and their amazing trainers have changed how I workout completely. I love turning up each morning to a huge welcome from my supportive trainers and team, encouraged to push myself with their challenging workouts and have a laugh. I'm quite new to Busselton, so finding your way in a new community can be difficult but joining this team has been very rewarding 😊

Great place to workout, highly suggest it for anyone who needs the motivation and wants the high intensity workouts that will get results! Great trainers who push you to your limits in a controlled and safe environment, join the community who are more then welcoming and enjoy the experience, take full advantage of the free trial period to come and try!

Love the atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable trainers , banging sound tracks and all the crew. I’ve always lacked consistency and motivation but this has all changed since joining F45. I love how every days circuit is different with exercises and weights scaled for different fitness levels and abilities. I’ve recently returned after a long period of illness and surgeries and everyone here has been so supportive in easing me back in, checking in on me and adapting the program for me where needed. It has been the best thing for my recovery and am already feeling fitter and stronger. So don’t worry about your fitness level,weight, age or ability, anyone can do it. One of the best training experience I had with the team. The trainers were very good at what they do and very encouraging. The equipments we're brand spanking new and well maintained. Cleanliness is 5 stars and best they had the best workout tunes in town.

At first I was really nervous about joining F45 . I though it wold be way to hard for me , but in reality it’s all about what I can do and how hard I push myself. I Love being a part of the vasse family everyone is lovely and supportive . Best decision I have made hands down .

Such great atmosphere and so welcoming, we are travelling and dropped in for a workout and we felt so comfortable and the trainer Somer was so lovely!!
