Amazing little place. Great staff, great atmosphere/vibe and a plethora of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, as well as nibbles and pizza. Also a venue for Fringe shows

Went here for the first time last Friday for a friend's birthday. Nice little pub with an artsy decor. Loved the vibe. Live music was playing in the small room that night. Not sure if it was a regular thing. Great service from the bartenders. Last thing I had was non-alcoholic whiskey which tasted great.

I recently had my 30th party in the Howling Owls upstairs function room and had the best experience! The staff were so friendly and accomodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was nice and simple, and great communication compared to others in the past! Gorgeous venue with great atmosphere, drinks and food. Guests loved it too. Thanks Howling Owl 😊

A friend and I had the most fabulous afternoon in a booth here - we shared two gin flights, some almonds, bread/dukkah and a cheeseboard. All were fabulous, and served with care and knowledge.
The flights had a really interesting variety of gins, with lovely, appropriate garnishes and mixers.
The cheeses were generous, and also had fabulous bread/crackers and other accompaniments - love fresh crisp apple with cheese!
Obviously we had to soak this up with a couple of other selections from the vast gin list. Did not disappoint!
Eager to return.

Been coming here for years and recently had my engagement party here. Staff are incredibly friendly and vibrant. Rachel and Mick are fantastic owners and amazing people all round. Would recommend coming to this place for any function you may be thinking of holding. Even if it's just for a coffee, this place feels like the only place you should come to to unwind.

It was the best place to have a themed party as the owner (Rachel) was so happy to help with making the theme happen and also coming up with ideas about the theme and getting excited with us. Would definitely recommend :D

I’m not normally a gin fan but this place has me converted! Great flavours and the selection of gins are HUGE! What set it apart however was the great service from the bartending staff in selecting drinks and choosing the best gin combo for what we were after - they nailed! Will definitely be back and highly recommend...!!!

Great drinks, delicious platters and excellent service. The bar staff really understand what they are putting into each drink to allow for the perfectly personalized experience. Great vibes and great location.

Cool little gin bar in Adelaide. The bar had a massive selection of gins, good music and a great vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re up for a few drinks.

I had my 30th birthday party here and everything was perfect! Such a cute space with great staff and the ability to provide our own catering. We organised some pizzas with the howling owl as well and they were delicious. Rachel made organising everything so easy, she was very friendly and is incredible at her job! Will definitely be visiting again!

Hands down the most accommodating and beautiful venue. I hosted my 21st birthday and it went so smoothly with Rachel’s help. I never had to stress about anything not being organised with the fast communication. Had the whole upstairs booked which had a balcony and perfect sound system for music. Highly recommended place to book for events!

Fantastic gin bar with some amazing cocktails. The vibe is welcoming and wonderful. A good time overall.

Our group had the most fantastic night here recently…. We watched the funniest comedy show, had lots of delicious cocktails and shared a selection of pizzas and cheese and dip boards….
We were SO well looked after by Rachel and all her team, the cocktails were made really quickly and the atmosphere was great!
Can’t wait to go again!

Such an amazing venue. We hosted a friend's hens party in the mezzanine space and it was amazing. I worked with one of the owners, Rachel, and it was such a breeze. On the day the food and drinks were all delicious and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Most importantly the bride to be had a brilliant time.

So glad we decided to use The Howling Owl for our event and it will definitely be top of my list in the future

Great drink and food selection. Fantastic atmosphere and incredible staff. If you only have one night in Adelaide, this is the place to visit.
