Assured Property Invest

When a fried recommended us to Assured, to begin with we weren’t sure that investing in property was even possible for us. Diana provided us with information, strategies and possibilities in a way that was simple to understand. Diana’s advice gave us confidence and we soon realised that this was achievable for us and could very soon become a reality.

Throughout the build process, everything was taken care of and communication from Assured was excellent. We were kept very well informed and any time we had questions, they were promptly answered.

We are glad to have completed this process and now have something in place that will support our future. We were truly lucky to have a chance to get in touch with the Assured Property Group recently.
This is our first investment property and one which has taken us a long time to actually finally take that plunge as we were very skeptical and petrified in doing so in the past.
We refinanced our existing loan and also took out an investment loan for our new rental property.

We started working with Diana and Dino in early 2019 on a couple of new developments. Diana even took the time to drive us to the developments to show us what was available and provided a plethora of information on these developments. Whilst we were aware that Assured Property Group existed, we had no idea of the high level of service they deliver. We were kept informed of all developments along the process, we received valuable advice across many areas of the developments (with Diana even offering to assist with colour selections etc). At no point in time did we have to follow up on any outstanding information or documentation - this is a testament to the quality of service that is offered by this team. When looking at buying my first home. I kept seeing Assured property group adds and decided to talk to them and see what would happen. This was a good choice as they were very professional and prompt to help me out where they could. From helping sort out the finance to contacting the builder even help with the house plans.

Finding the ideal block of land in an area i was interested in and even coming and showing it to me. Finding a suitable builder for what i was looking for and even help with building plans and designs. As well at helping me think about future planning

Matt was a great help with the finance side of things and always had time to answer my many questions even if he didn't have an answer he always followed it up for me. I will definitely be keeping in contact with him for finance need in the future.

I will be going back to them and will be recommend them to friends and family.

Until we met with Diana Morton from Assured Property Group, the thought of buying / building an investment property honestly never crossed our minds.
Diana and the team were very professional, honest, factual and motivational and from this we knew that for us this would be possible and from then on, we have not looked back.
