I was so excited to find the Westinghouse 90cm Freestanding Oven I wanted on the internet at the best price in Australia ..and it was right here in SA.
I called and spoke with Nick about it and he was an absolute wealth of knowledge and left me feeling convinced I had chosen the right oven for me. I went into the warehouse the following day and was surprised at the huge amount of stock they had, and all at fabulous prices.
I purchased the oven which they then wrapped and loaded onto my trailer. This is a South Australian family business that deserves our support. Great products, unbeatable prices Australia wide

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Purchased a new 900mm gas/electric stove last week from Jeannie at this outlet. Price was great and service was terrific.
I was told tradesmen would contact me re delivery and fitting. Was contacted the same day and given time for fitting today. Gas fitter (Peter) and electrician (Andrew) arrived promptly on time and fitted appliance with no fuss.
In these days of some very ordinary customer service it makes a nice change to be treated as the focus of a business.
I would definitely recommend this business.

A great selection of kitchen appliances and great service

Came late in afternoon from country to see them. It was close too there time for closing, yet they stayed open due to us phoning ahead. Ended up buying not just a washing machine but also new fridge. The sales guy Nick was an awesome with his customer service. Ask to wrap the fridge up good and boy they did just that! Would definitely recommend to anyone. WILL be back to buy more

The staff and owners at the store are really knowledgeable and thoughtful and were very helpful when I was purchasing all my home appliances. The products were excellent and so was the service.

Popped in with my wife after a recommendation from a friend looking for kitchen tap ware and found it to be full of everything that you could need. The staff member who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend you pop in and look around.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place!! From my first visit, I was welcomed with competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I purchased a complete kitchen package a year ago. Their after sales customer service has blown my mind. Unlike other places who can be quite dismissive once the sale has been made, Nick and Jeanie have been AMAZING. I had a small issue with my cooktop which was easily remedied by the staff and recently my sink has had a minor issue. Nick and Jeannie have gone above and beyond to sort out the issue, as the distributor has been rather unhelpful. At no point, have I been brushed off. Instead, I have been fully supported and kept in the loop. If you are after great post-sales customer service, do yourself a favour and shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing products, great prices and even better customer service! Rang up after the kitchen company had made a mistake and the sink I purchased wouldn't fit. Rang up and Jeannie was able to source the sink i needed and have it at the store for collection within the hour to save the day.

Thank you Jeanie (Sales Person)for your help. You made the replacement purchase of a gas stove top so easy and fun. Everything was a breeze including the installation by Peter. It was good old fashioned service at its best.

Awesome service and excellent prices! They had the fridge I was looking for at $300 less than all the major retailers like Good Guys and Appliances Online. They are partnered with an excellent company for delivery and installation, too. Tim's Delivery Service unboxed and installed the new fridge for my dad and were so friendly and helpful - SO much better than the delivery service I have had through the major retailers! 100/10 would recommend.

The service is excellent very helpful and friendly, they listen to you and nothing seems too much😊 will definitely be going back oh and also heaps of variety to choose from. No problem supporting this sa business🙂

Fabulous choice of goods at excellent prices, and much more variety than other stores I visited. Should have come here straight to begin with. Not just promoting a few brands like GG or HN either. Customer service was above and beyond. These guys know their products. Jeannie has been amazing to deal with. She organised delivery and connection, and not once tried to upsell or add on. What a breath of fresh air! Will be my first point of call from now on.

Very impressed with my appliances delivered to my door, all shiny and new, and fantastic value. Initially having reservations about buying big items online, my three huge boxes were delivered at a great price the same week I paid for them. Phone support was always available and the products are marvellous!
