Chiropractic on Winston

I’ve been seeing Loukia now for several months and benefited from her wholistic approach to chiropractic care. After regular adjustments, I move with ease and am more aware of my movements, especially around my two little and busy boys and using the computer for work. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my posture. Additionally, the Dowager’s hump, which became worse after breastfeeding for months, has significantly reduced in size after regular consults. Highly recommend!

My lower back pain was so bad, when I first arrived i could barely walk, but even after the 1st session with loukia she made such an improvement! So thankful for Winston chiropractic without them I would still be in pain!

Loukia is a great chiro and has improved my neck and back mobility and decreased ongoing stiffness and pain. Phil is an awesome masseuse who combines massage with dry needling and cupping. Recommend both Loukia and Phil!

I went both to the doctor and the chiropractor yesterday.
The doctor gave me some medication for my pain but didn’t tell me why my lower back was hurting so much. Doctor actually said to try stretches.
The chiropractor after 1 visit managed too cut my pain in half and I was far more mobile.

Pain level before I arrived was 7/10
Pain level during the day after visit 4/10
Pain level next day 2/10
And still got two visits left I wonder how I will feel once finished

Dr Loukia and Phil are absolutely amazing. Dr Loukia is extremely knowledgeable and has fixed my back problems in such a short amount of time.

Phil managed to relieve the pain in my shoulder and lower back in 1 session, it was the first time I have had a remedial massage and definitely will return for more.

I have been going to chiropractic on winston for just over a year now and can say its completely transformed me. I was unsure chiropractic would be for me but with the care and knowledge of everyone on the team I have never felt better. I couldn't reccomend anyone more highly.

For someone who is still very adventurous and active, this team keeps the old rig operational. Can't recommend them highly enough- Loukia the chiropractor & Phil the remedial massage therapist. They always get to the source of the problem, and manage to sort it out. They deserve more than just 5 stars!!

I had been having significant issues with my back and shoulder for several months prior to seeing Loukia, Phil, and Jackie from "Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic" (in the same centre).

Within 3 weeks of treatment i was off of all painkillers, and now at the 6-7 week mark i have virtually no pain, a significant reduction in symptoms, and my quality of life has improved dramatically.

I recently started seeing the team at Chiropractic on Winston for both Chiro and Massage. Loukia and Phil are lovely people who show a lot of care for their patients. Unlike previous providers I’ve seen, not ONCE have I felt rushed during an appointment. Loukia is an incredible chiropractor who has greatly helped with my ongoing back pain. I have seen both Phil and Loukia and had amaxing experiences with both.

Saw Loukia earlier in the year for tension headaches, after one appointment I have not had a tension headache since. Normally had one weekly for months on end.

Saw Loukia a second time for hip, ankle mobility issues. Again, after one visit I was able to perform a pistol squat for the first time. Previously I was unable to get more then 3/4 of the way down.

Amazing results, super happy and would highly recommend both Phil and Loukia's service for anyone seeking physical therapy. Will keep coming back.

I had my first appointment with Dr Loukia this week and LOVED it. The space is really beautiful and inviting, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, Dr Loukia explained everything so clearly and I felt safe, heard and really looked after.
I left feeling like a new woman. My body is moving with more ease and I've had a real since of clarity since the appointment. I genuinely can't wait for my next treatment.

Loukia really is the best Cyro I've ever seen in my 15 years of using the industry, she is amazing at her job (manual adjustments) she offers dry needling/adjustment session which fits perfectly with her long-term holistic care for you. Working in the emergency services for over 2 decades, my body certainly has its aches and pains. I have seen a number of chiropractors over the years for relief but never been completely happy, until I started seeing Dr Loukia. She is extremely professional, takes the time to listen, and then is completely thorough in her head to toe adjustments. I have had a number of Chiro's just seem to want to make endless appointments ongoing, but Dr Loukia set out a treatment plan, which has been highly effective, and future appointments have been spaced out further and further now. If you are looking for relief, and looking for effective treatments, look no further, I can't recommend Dr Loukia highly enough. The only disappointing thing I can say is that I wished I had discovered her practice sooner.
