My drive through experience was made more memorable when the store manager Josh resolved my order in a quick, friendly manager. Josh showed professionalism and was extremely polite. Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Thanks Josh!

Staff have always been good, location is handy although many people winge about the entry split between kfc and mcdonalds annoying I haven't found it so. Food has been up to standards. Car park mostly kept clean amongst busy traffic times. Keep up the good work

Love the new styled stores, very minimalistic but super comfortable. The staff were awesome and food was very fast and exactly what we ordered! Will definitely be back!

Was busy tonight but well handled

It was the best I have been to at any Macca's restaurant Kilburn is on time U ain't waiting long love the staff at Kilburn Macca's keep up all the awesome work

Tested drive through, order was correct.

I was hungry. I needed food fast. I ordered. I paid. I ate. Satisfied.

Pretty much stock standard. Same as any McDonalds.

Usually the staff are great and the orders are fine - this morning I picked up a coffee and banana bread... I asked it to be toasted, but when I opened it, it was frozen solid!

I think perhaps this may have been a very (funny) mistake - but it happens to the best of us.

I'll still be coming to get my morning coffee and banana bread - because the customer service is always great, regardless.

Took too long in the drive-thru

A lovely young girl named Hannah served me and made my day. She was so positive and her smile so bright.
The food was okay but customer service top tier.

The staff here are amazing at all hours of the night. Always taking care of the customers and providing the best quality they can. Had a few above and beyond service experiences at times of the night when other restaurants just want to do the bare minimum. Fantastic.

Fantastic service from Olivia (one of the Managers)... she is a lovely young lady and should be commended for her excellent customer service skills... the store was very clean and tidy... easy parking at the door for eat-in option...

The staff are incredibly happy, friendly and engaging. The food is fresh and hot loved the experience. I have found my favourite McDonald's in the whole of South Australia.

I witnessed how a bad guy went into an argument with the staff, the way the guys handled it was in respectable professional manner. Well done! And special thanks for *crispy* hashbrowns.

Shauna is an amazing manager at this franchise who handled two challenging situations today professionally with ease and maturity. I was extremely impressed with how fair and calm she was as she dealt with an unfortunate accident and a bullying issue in the span of three hours. Shauna...you are an inspiration and a role model for many young people out there. I hope your efforts are recognised and celebrated.

The staff were very assertive very firm with the assistance to deliver the food friendly easy to talk to and I liked it
