I’ve been seeing Jess for a couple of years now, doing group equipment classes.
There’s a great vibe - the people coming along to the studio are friendly, the music is always good, the equipment is all new and great quality, the studio is bright and welcoming - and of course Jess is such a great instructor! She’s very knowledgeable, always willing to come up with different exercises/modifications to exercises on the nights you just aren’t feeling it, and she has a great focus on working towards rehab and working towards improving strength and form.

Jess is amazing! Lovely studio with a variety of equipments available. Jess constantly tailors my sessions according to how I feel on the day and modifies exercises if I have any niggles. Caring instructor who listens :) . Have been going to Jess's studio for about 2 years and will continue going. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Jess highly enough! She is super passionate and knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She always takes the time to listen to you before offering her professional advice. Being a hairdresser can take its toll on the body over time but now working with Jess Ive learned that maintaining strength in certain areas of my body will support my posture and reduce the chance of injury! My one on one session with Jess was incredible! I have never done pilates style exercises before, so was a bit nervous as I didn't know what I was walking in to. But Jess was nothing put supportive, professional and reassuring. She catered my program to ensure that it would challenge me but also ensure that I was not overwhelmed. Cannot wait to do more :)

Fantastic Studio!
Came to Align 18 months ago for ankle rehab after an injury. Still going every week now for fitness and fun. Classes are personalised to your individual needs and goals.
Jess is brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable. I really look forward to my class every week, feels like working out with a friend.

I first visited Jess at Align Health Solutions for Bowen Therapy to relieve jaw pain which caused my jaw to lock up multiple times a day. What a difference it made! After assessing me Jess was able to establish why I was getting pain and fix the source. After only two visits I no longer had painful jaw lock. Thank you Jess! After that I attended pilates at the studio and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jess expresses her knowledge, passion and sparkling personality in every class. I highly recommend visiting Jess for Bowen Therapy and pilates.

I initially met Jess for rehabilitation following surgery, and she really went out of her way to help me, setting realistic goals and finding ways to make them work, even with my two kids in the mix.
She's always there to greet everyone with a smile and really looks at each client as an individual. She genuinely cares, and it really shows in her interactions with everyone who walks through her door.

Jess is an amazing professional, she tailors every class when I have an appointment. As dance teacher I have lots of injuries and she gave special attention to every single one, teaching me the best exercises for a natural and fast recovery!!

Jess has created a real community at Align. Friendly and fun, but always professional, I feel very safe and confident in Jess’ tailored expertise and genuine care for what she does.

Brilliant studio facilitated by Jess who has a wealth of knowledge! I see Jess for 1-on-1 EP/Pilates sessions and they have quickly become part of my weekly routine due to the positive outcomes I continue to see!
