Falls Creek Trail Memorial

A stunning walk through a well maintained track in rain forests above Falls Creek to a series of cascades and small waterfalls at the memorial. The memorial honours Peter Geary (1957-1999), a scientist who championed Silviculture, feature of many of the test plantings and practices in the forests in this area.

Très joli, la promenade est courte et facile. Le chemin est bien entretenu.

I don't usually leave walk reviews but as there is nothing about the actual length of this walk beyond 'a short walk' I thought I'd help everyone by popping the Strava on. It's just under a kilometre up and back.

Lovely stroll among ferns. Has steps that might pose a challenge for prams and not really great for wheelchairs but apart from those steps the track is wide, smooth and well maintained
