Well done, great facilities training materials highly researched and presented safely and effectively at a professional level. Highly recommend MTA to anyone in the automotive industry.

I hear and see reports of severe dysfunction at management level, mistreatment of employees and a highly toxic culture.

This has the potential to transcend and affect students ability to learn and succeed. Drastic change is needed.

Take a look at staff turnover rate. It starts at the top. The board should be ashamed.

Was seeking an automotive apprenticeship but got turned down without thought.. only reason was due to me just turning 23 .....
This place only wants people under 21 so they can pay them $13 n hr and call it an award rate . This place is run by people who have never worked on cars!!!!!

if you can't pass the math test or have no experience, don't bother because they won't even try to employ you.
