We have an investment property at Kalimna and right from the first meeting with Ryan Hooper we felt very comfortable dealing with him unlike the other agent we had called who just didn't attend our pre arranged meeting. Soon after our tenant moved in we had some frustrating issues with the hot water . Ryan took ownership of the problem and even apologised for having to call me again with an update on the ever so slow moving resolve. We were so happy with his service and can not recommend him highly enough. I would like to give him and his team a 7 out of five.
